The professionalism and attention to detail of this dealership was great. I was referred to the dealership from USAA when shopping for a new Cadillac. I worked with Teddy Reeder over email and the phon dealership was great. I was referred to the dealership from USAA when shopping for a new Cadillac. I worked with Teddy Reeder over email and the phone to negotiate the price and identify the specific vehicle I was looking for - a 2013 XTS. The overall negotiation timeframe was about a week in which Lindsay Cadillac was responsive via email within about 24hrs each time I emailed Teddy. They were respectful of my time and made an effort to have things set up for me when I arrived. I had spoken with a number of other dealerships in the area and was prepared to walk if Lindsay Cadillac was not able to agree to the lowest price. When I arrived in the dealership, they had the car ready to go and paperwork already started. Much to my amazement, Teddy Reeder and Anthony Cancel actually had a number 1,000.00 LESS than we had negotiated because they worked with GM to find the best incentives available and were able to find even more since we last spoke. This was not what you would normally expect from a car dealership - a lower price than what is expected! Very impressive. Finally, I had brought my own financing and had planned to purchase. However, I had Daniel Kuykendall as my finance manager and he was willing to further reduce the payment and get me into a great lease payment that was even better than the nationally advertised leases available on Cadillac.com. Overall, my experience with Lindsay Cadillac was excellent and they 1) provided me with excellent customer service, 2) gave me an excellent price on the vehicle, and 3) were honest in their interactions with me as to what they were able to do and what they weren't. I highly recommend them if you are considering a new vehicle purchase. More

We took delivery on a new ATS two days ago. We were in the market for a new vehicle and left purchase of Cadillacs and Lindsay many years ago when U.S. cars uniformly began their decline. We own and have been driving three Audi's, two A6's with V8s and an A4 with a 4cylinder turbo. They handle beautifully, so, our standards for replacing them were high. The ATS is a fresh design and we wished to Buy American if justified by demonstrated performance. Lindsay in general and Teddy Reeder in particular facilitated our decision making by allowing us to test drive a similarly equipped ATS to what we might order over a weekend, so, we could gauge its behavior in our Blue Ridge mountain cabin. This enlightened view on the part of the dealership permitted us to experience how the ATS handled on mountain roads and in high speed freeway driving. We found the car offered outstanding performance, the warranty and maintenance support was superior to the marketplace's competitive offers and we were able to negotiate a fair price. We signed up. Lindsay and Teddy were more concerned about a few days delay in delivery (over the Christmas holiday period) than we were. We all were in steady contact with each other throughout the waiting period and the treatment we received has been outstanding. We await statistical evidence that the car and the service supporting it continue in this exemplary fashion. Tony Swain helped explain matters as we proceeded and Russ Penfield, Lindsay's General Manager participated in keeping us informed and facilitating delivery and information flow. We're now embarking on the real trial of vehicle results and will report again our actual experiences. Meanwhile, we have nothing to say other than Lindsay has put together an admirable team and appears to value customer satisfaction. We are really pleased with our choice of Lindsay Cadillac. From start to finish, he and Kim Mosley took care of every facet of our transaction and we could not be more pleased. The new SRX with the CUE system is a joy to drive and a head turner. Within 2 hours they were able to locate a vehicle of my choice at another dealership, appraise a potential trade-in, and finalize all the paperwork. I arrived on Tuesday morning to take delivery. I was literally there for only 30 minutes before I was driving off the lot with my new Cadillac. Russ Walk and every other staff member that I came in contact with was professional, courteous, and friendly. I would recommend to anyone in the DC/Maryland/Virginia area interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle to go to Lindsay Cadillac in Alexandria. My expeerience there couldn't have been better. I mentioned to them that I was interested in a particular car that another dealer had - and they bought the car withoug any actual commitment from me at that point. Their price was great, and when I went in to test drive the car, we completed the deal and paperwork in under one hour. They were extremely professional and helpful, and actual went out of their way to treat me like a valuable customer, rather than go through the high-pressure tactics that so many other car dealers use.
