This relates not to a purchase of a vehicle but as a former customer. I had leased several Cadillac models from Lindsay Cadillac for over a decade. I chose not to return to Cadillac products because the former customer. I had leased several Cadillac models from Lindsay Cadillac for over a decade. I chose not to return to Cadillac products because the only option at the time was to purchase and from my experience I was uncomfortable purchasing this brand. As a result I went to a different car manufacturer. I made it known to several employees at Lindsay Cadillac in person, on the telephone and by email that I was no longer a customer and had no interest in Lindsay or GM services of any kind. Despite repeated assurances from the dealership I continue to receive postal mail and electronic mail solicitations. It is not the annoyance of receving this unwanted missives that I am complaining about. Instead it is the obvious lack of concern for the privacy and respect for the requests of customers and former customers. This to me speaks volumes about the dealer integrity. I could cite other examples where the service department lied to me or sales misrepresented themselves over the years. This however is the final straw. There is no excuse for this and in my opinion, despite the questionable kudos this dealer may have earned or perhaps bought, there is no reason to trust anyone at this dealership. I strongly discourage doing business with Lindsay. They may have had their day, but clearly that time has passed. More

This is my third car to buy from Danny Doherty. I keep coming to him because he worked with me on my initial car I bought from him a 2005 CTS V6 with manual transmission that I so badly wanted and due to coming to him because he worked with me on my initial car I bought from him a 2005 CTS V6 with manual transmission that I so badly wanted and due to my divorce I was in a financial crisis. However Dan, work with me and got me approved. I came to him this third time because I wanted a CTS V, and at first I was hesitant due to the color of the car, however, Dan was right on the money, the car was great to drive and the number of heads that it turned was amazing. Dan, is a very informative sales person, and I highly recommend him to anyone who is interested in a Cadillac. Dan, has looked out for me every step of the way not only during the sale of the car but any followup things that I should know. I will say Lindsay has a true professional in Danny Doherty and he does take care of his customers from the moment you meet him and through out the life of your car. I also will like to give mention the Daniel Kuykendall, he was truly professional as a finance manager and was very helpful. I would also like to mention Mike Collier the service consultant who seems very knowledgeable and aware of things that I had picked up on the Cadillac Forum Site. This alone shows that Lindsay has the correct personnel to take care of customer needs, Because I read on the forum too many times that the service department of some dealers are not aware of the fixes that GM has for some Cadillacs. My hat is off the Lindsay, for I will be returning again for my next car in the future. More

I visited Lindsay because Ernesto was the first salesperson in the area to respond to my requests for information. The professionalism and attention to detail of this dealership was great. I was referred to the dealership from USAA when shopping for a new Cadillac. I worked with Teddy Reeder over email and the phon dealership was great. I was referred to the dealership from USAA when shopping for a new Cadillac. I worked with Teddy Reeder over email and the phone to negotiate the price and identify the specific vehicle I was looking for - a 2013 XTS. The overall negotiation timeframe was about a week in which Lindsay Cadillac was responsive via email within about 24hrs each time I emailed Teddy. They were respectful of my time and made an effort to have things set up for me when I arrived. I had spoken with a number of other dealerships in the area and was prepared to walk if Lindsay Cadillac was not able to agree to the lowest price. When I arrived in the dealership, they had the car ready to go and paperwork already started. Much to my amazement, Teddy Reeder and Anthony Cancel actually had a number 1,000.00 LESS than we had negotiated because they worked with GM to find the best incentives available and were able to find even more since we last spoke. This was not what you would normally expect from a car dealership - a lower price than what is expected! Very impressive. Finally, I had brought my own financing and had planned to purchase. However, I had Daniel Kuykendall as my finance manager and he was willing to further reduce the payment and get me into a great lease payment that was even better than the nationally advertised leases available on Cadillac.com. Overall, my experience with Lindsay Cadillac was excellent and they 1) provided me with excellent customer service, 2) gave me an excellent price on the vehicle, and 3) were honest in their interactions with me as to what they were able to do and what they weren't. I highly recommend them if you are considering a new vehicle purchase. More
