My experience with Lindsay Caddillac did not start off positive as my original salesman was just dreadful!! He thought he was the general manager and was calling the shots on how much my trade in was wort positive as my original salesman was just dreadful!! He thought he was the general manager and was calling the shots on how much my trade in was worth and also thought his vehicle was 5k more than blue book. I left extremely disgruntled after his offensive offer and also the attitude he got after I did not accept his offer. I called the GM the next day to lodge a complaint against his salesman and he was very apologetic and agreed his salesman was way in the wrong. We worked some numbers over the phone that originally I thought we should of been at the previous night. I came back in and was helped by a different salesman named Malik who was just a complete pleasure to work with. From when I stepped in the door the second day I was driving away in my new vehicle in less than an hour. The finance director Daniel was great as well. I am glad I called back to the GM because he corrected the issue straight away and gave me what I feel a really fair deal. After dealing with them the second day I can tell they are professionals and do intend to make their customers happy. I just had the bad apple out of the gate. I would recommend Lindsay Caddillac to anyone looking for a good car and they have a friendly staff to take care of your needs. More

I purchased a car from Rick last July, my first Cadillac. I switched from a import car after 12 years. He said no worries we will get you set up with another vehicle..and that he did. I was very diligent in my choice this time and Rick was so patient. My husband thought we would take a real loss but we were absolutely amazed at the fairness Lindsay Cadillac gave us. I am thrilled with my New SRX. Now if I could only figure out all the buttons! My husband will be in the market for his new sporty car in the next year and it will be a Cadillac from Lindsay. Highly recommend this dealership. More
