I purchased a car from Rick last July, my first Cadillac. I switched from a import car after 12 years. I made a mistake on what model I bought and just a few days ago called Rick 5 months after having the c I switched from a import car after 12 years. I made a mistake on what model I bought and just a few days ago called Rick 5 months after having the car to tell him I was not pleased with my choice. He said no worries we will get you set up with another vehicle..and that he did. I was very diligent in my choice this time and Rick was so patient. My husband thought we would take a real loss but we were absolutely amazed at the fairness Lindsay Cadillac gave us. I am thrilled with my New SRX. Now if I could only figure out all the buttons! My husband will be in the market for his new sporty car in the next year and it will be a Cadillac from Lindsay. Highly recommend this dealership. More

My experience began the minute I walked into the door. Matt greeted me at the door and from that point my experience was comfortable and somewhat fun. I don't like going to buy a car. There was a small problem when we went to pick up the car and Ian took care of it right away. Kim and Dan gave very good customer service when a problem arose. Purchased used 2008 335XI...just as described on website. Jossey was helpful in getting the car ready for delivery and holding the vehicle until I could drive 2 hours to see it. Lindsay tuned up the car (though not a Cadillac), installed new filters, changed the oil. Great Service.... After close inspection of the car I found the rear inside panels falling off...and the tow hook cover missing. Lindsay Cadillac arrange for the local BMW dealer to fix the panels and replace the cover...cannot ask for anymore than that service. Thank you Lindsay...Like the Cadillac...Love the BMW...sorry!! Great place to do business.... More

I drove from NY to VA to purchase my CTS-V because none of the dealers closer to home had what I was looking for, and some weren't willing to move on price to sell a car. I located the car on Auto Trader a of the dealers closer to home had what I was looking for, and some weren't willing to move on price to sell a car. I located the car on Auto Trader and contacted Lindsay and within 15 mins I received a call, as a comparison some of the other dealers I contacted on-line took up to 4 hours to get back to me, one actually took a day to respond. After some negoiation we reached a deal and was told I could pick up the car the next day. I drove 250 miles to pick up the car and it was worth every mile. Everyone I came in contact with at Lindsay went above and beyond the make sure I was happy. My sales person Leigh Voglezon was fantastic, friendly and did whenever he could to make sure the customer (me) was satisfied. Even the Finance Director Daniel was super friendly and used none of the typical high pressure tatics that some dealers do. My only problem is that they're 250 miles away so using them for service wouldn't make sense. I would highly recommend Lindsay and I have already to friends and family. More

By far the BEST experience at a car dealership I have ever had! I am looking to buy a CTS-V and have been trying to get a test drive. My wife and I went to two dealerships in Maryland who treated as i ever had! I am looking to buy a CTS-V and have been trying to get a test drive. My wife and I went to two dealerships in Maryland who treated as if we belonged in a Kia dealership. Dan treated me with respect from the first contact and was, by far, the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. He lined me up with a test drive in the V and was a pleasure to deal with and no pressure to buy. I also had limited dealings with the sales manager Anthony, also a pleasure to deal with. Obviously the good attitude and customer service mind-set carries up through the ranks here. When it comes time for me to buy a V, I will be buying it through Dan. More
