Nowadays, we just like to walk into a dealer, tell someone what we want, at the price we can afford, and to have them present us with the product we requested. And that is exactly how it happened at Lindsay's. Juan Rodriguez and Daniel Kuykendall were absolutely amazing in their professionalism and customer relations in our search for the CTS model we desired. We felt totally at ease among friends (and not like negotiating adversaries). Mr. Rodriguez was very knowledgeable of the CTS line and the various prices associated with the different optional packages. He was equally educated about the performance of each package. It was delightful to deal with him. And just as amazing, when it came down to having to sit with the Financial Manager, Mr. Kuykendall was the friendliest and most refined Financial Manager we have ever met. There was no hidden agenda, no hidden costs, nor anything that would create a show stopper. He was very frank about what we aught to have for a little more peace of mind without any pressure selling. It is a privilege to write this review on behalf of our sales associate, Juan Rodriguez and of the Financial Manager, Daniel Kuykendall. They have revolutionized the whole car buying experience and made it seem as easy and comfortable as buying an item in the shopping mall.
