Bad Customer Service After multiple calls into the dealership, I was able to set up an appointment to drop off my car. The customer service representative tried to transf After multiple calls into the dealership, I was able to set up an appointment to drop off my car. The customer service representative tried to transfer me to a service rep, that failed and I was transferred to someone's personal phone. Then I tried to set up a rental vehicle and the service representative would not confirm with Enterprise on whether or not they even had a vehicle. Seems as though this dealership does the bare minimum, with errors. More

New Car Purchase I had called ahead about a particular car I was looking for and the car was available and ready at our appointed time. The salesman covered the many o I had called ahead about a particular car I was looking for and the car was available and ready at our appointed time. The salesman covered the many options fairly well and was very pleasant although I felt as though more in depth coverage of how to utilize all the vehicles many options was probably necessary. Since this car was a gift, we asked during the sales process if the dealership could give us one of the many Christmas bows and we were assured this would be no problem......until the paperwork was signed and then they were suddenly out of bows. It just left a bad ending to the deal. More
