I was very disappointed with the wait time (4 hrs. ) and non-communication regarding the results of the diagnostic test. The results of the test were not explained (verbally) to me. The only discussion was regarding the tire sensor replacement; and I was aware prior to coming in that the sensor needed to be looked at. I was given an action plan report of what the technician discovered. In the past, I'm usually made aware of the findings and given an opportunity to get the repairs done or wait and have the work done at a later date. No discussion was had. I live quite a distance from Lindsay which is why I usually wait on my vehicle. I've owned several Cadillacs, all purchased brand new from Lindsay, and have never had this type of service before. I realize you recently moved to the Duke Street location, but that is not an excuse for the service I experienced on 10/14/2022. However, Donna was very gracious and polite, but I am very disappointed that the service is not as it used to be on Kenwood Ave. I hope Lindsay can return to its once exemplary service of long ago.
