I had been a huge cheerleader for them until this past experience with Bianca and team. And yes they ran my credit twice for one sale. Very poor and disappointing experience. It seemed like Bianca had not had organizational training or ever sold a car before. She constantly had to go check with managers in other offices for any and all information or answers to anything.
