Lindsay Buick GMC - OH - Service Center

Brought 2018 Acadia Denali. Poor Service all the way around Bought 2018 Acadia. My have things changed. Very un-courteous staff. Had to take car in for minor fixes within a week. They tried to give me loaner from the use car lot, which had a bubble in tire, and very dirty. They told my son they did not have time to wash.. I just spent 50k and this is how I was treated. I declined the loaner, and borrowed my sons truck. Car had paint etching on delivery which was a real nightmare to get resolved. I gave up with them, and had the car detailed elsewhere. Each I came here in the past, it was always a week or two for a simple task. to have scheduled. Time is money, and I just don't have the time for this.. They really need to get there stuff together... Never had this experience at any other GM dealer. Twins Buick is where I have landed, and its like night and day. More

Service I needed an oil change. Unscheduled appointment, yet they were able to get me in. I also needed tires rotated and something else. They were able to ta I needed an oil change. Work that was done on my car was bad Well I just got a new car from you guys well almost new. I had to get the rear temperature control panel fixed and when they was trying to fix it they Well I just got a new car from you guys well almost new. I had to get the rear temperature control panel fixed and when they was trying to fix it they broke the trim that is around it so it no longer fastened on correctly. They told me they would order a new one and replace it after all it's only like a $20 part. When I picked my vehicle up that was the first thing I checked. To my surprise I found that they super glued it back on. Not only did the super glue make it to where you would have to break that piece off if ever need to be removed again the superglue also had a chemical reaction with the black plastic turning it white and turning the buttons White around the control panel. They said they would make it right because what they did was wrong. That was a week ago and I still haven't heard from them. I even showed it to the manager of the service department and he clearly saw that it was broken and so did I. I wish I could attach a picture to this because I took a picture of it and sent it to them. I don't understand why they did this because the vehicle is still underneath manufacturer warranty. Now the $20 part needs replaced and so does the control panel because it's turning white and the buttons are turning white. Looks like crap. More

Body Shop I am not fond of Sandoval in general since they bought out Immke Buick. However, I had a recent opportunity to have body work done. Darrell Havener was pleasant to work with and went beyond the call to assist me. The detailer was off the day I picked up my car. He washed it thoroughly. I needed a few other things and he either took care of them or had them done. My Body Shop Experience was better than expected!! More
