What a complete clown show the service dept. is. When I took it in, it was running fine until it had been running for 30 minutes or more, then it developed a miss. There were no warning lights o is. When I picked it up, it was barely running and there were two warning lights on. I will never have anything to do with Lindsay again unless it to sue them. More

DO NOT USE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. They are not interested in fixing anything and will gouge you with a full replacement. Quoted $1,800 for a muffler replacement for a rattle that took a muffler shop 5 minutes to weld fix. (The muffler shop didn't even charge me because it was so easy!) I've purchased three vehicles at this dealership and am mortified at the dishonest approach that could have cost me $1,800 for a muffler I didn't need. More

Very disappointed in service I brought my car in to have brake pads put on, There was nothing wrong with it. No service lights were on. When I picked it up my Park Brake was no I brought my car in to have brake pads put on, There was nothing wrong with it. No service lights were on. When I picked it up my Park Brake was not working, so I brought it back. Now I have 3 service lights on ( Service Park brake, Service traction control system, Service Electronic Stability control system ) and my car is pulling hard to the right. ( I looked up the symbols in my owners manual. ) I trusted Sandoval service department. Now I know that was a mistake. I will never take my car there for service again More

Body Shop Repair 3/2019 I had my vehicle repaired in a more than timely fashion to my surprise! I was treated professionally with excellent customer service and care. The damage however, is very costly these days. I would like to have had a better seal around the fender well and mud flap.. Maybe time will seal the objects themselves, or maybe the clearcoat needs to dry? I have always been treated courteously and professionally and will continue to maintain my vehicles here. Good Experience....dealership cares about their reputation I've used this dealership for service for multiple GMC's that I have purchased for a couple of years now. I have had a couple of minor things (as yo I've used this dealership for service for multiple GMC's that I have purchased for a couple of years now. I have had a couple of minor things (as you do with all service), but they have always been willing to make it right...which shows me they care about their customers and their reputation. In my experience this isn't always the case with all dealerships (big and/or small). I would recommend them. More
