2014 Chevrolet Cruze I purchased a used 2014 Chevy Cruse in July 2016 that has some type of electrical problem that the dealership insists they cannot find the problem. It has cut off on me 4 times where I had to get my Roadside assistance to come out and jump & the radio/navigation system has been blanking out on me since I got the car. Nobody at the dealership will assist me and I've contacted Chevy Manufacturer that they want me to pay for the diagnostic. If you purchase any used cars from Sandoval Buick, I recommend that you have a full diagnostic elsewhere before purchasing! More
Work that was done on my car was bad Well I just got a new car from you guys well almost new. I had to get the rear temperature control panel fixed and when they was trying to fix it they Well I just got a new car from you guys well almost new. I had to get the rear temperature control panel fixed and when they was trying to fix it they broke the trim that is around it so it no longer fastened on correctly. They told me they would order a new one and replace it after all it's only like a $20 part. When I picked my vehicle up that was the first thing I checked. To my surprise I found that they super glued it back on. Not only did the super glue make it to where you would have to break that piece off if ever need to be removed again the superglue also had a chemical reaction with the black plastic turning it white and turning the buttons White around the control panel. They said they would make it right because what they did was wrong. That was a week ago and I still haven't heard from them. I even showed it to the manager of the service department and he clearly saw that it was broken and so did I. I wish I could attach a picture to this because I took a picture of it and sent it to them. I don't understand why they did this because the vehicle is still underneath manufacturer warranty. Now the $20 part needs replaced and so does the control panel because it's turning white and the buttons are turning white. Looks like crap. More

Body Shop I am not fond of Sandoval in general since they bought out Immke Buick. However, I had a recent opportunity to have body work done. Darrell Havener was pleasant to work with and went beyond the call to assist me. The detailer was off the day I picked up my car. He washed it thoroughly. I needed a few other things and he either took care of them or had them done. My Body Shop Experience was better than expected!! More
Reprogram my new Encore keys because one was missing. Before going to any dealership I had done a lot of research on the choices of cars I thought I wanted. Based on ratings, reviews, safety reports and recalls, I narrowed my choice to a 2017 Encore. Once again, based on reviews I chose Sandoval and was so happy that I did. I had an appointment with Robin Thomas, we hit it off right away and had so much fun cruising the lot in her golf cart checking out all of the Encores, and the weather that day was unusually cool and beautiful. Test driving the Encore sealed the deal for me. Choosing the color was the hard part, I loved the gray but not with a black interior so I was able to pick what I wanted for not much extra, and wanted the blind spot added to the car mirrors. After negotiating a very good price, I took the car home and was bringing it back to have the work done two days later. After reading the warranty book, I found a clause about after factory changes could void the warranty. So I met with Robin and her manager and explained I wasn't having buyer's remorse, I still wanted the Encore, I just didn't feel comfortable with making changes to it. I then chose a white one that already had the blind spot but it was a step up from what I had ,so I really expected to pay more for it but in the end the contract barely changed at all. Sandavol is the best dealership I've ever dealt with. Service also is the best! When I took the car back to have the keys reprogram-ed, they were having a little trouble, so rather than make me wait any longer, they came out and offered another new Encore to drive home. Outstanding !! More
