Grateful Customer/Excellent Customer Experience I just wanted to let someone know about the excellent experience i had with purchasing my 2013 Honda Civic from Lindsay Acura. My Sales Specialist Mar I just wanted to let someone know about the excellent experience i had with purchasing my 2013 Honda Civic from Lindsay Acura. My Sales Specialist Marc Bauer and Finance Specialist Mitch Faulkner provided me with excellenct customer service. Marc took the time to really connect with me on a personal level, and made me feel like i was more than just another notch on his sales belt. Throughtout the sales process I felt like he went the extra mile to make sure i was comfortable while waiting for bank approval, he offered me drinks, popcorn, checked on me frequently, and spoke to me in terms i could understand and most of all i felt he was honest and upfront, the whole time. I was so afraid because i was a woman coming to the dealership "alone" that the sales rep would try to take advantage of my naievte. Marc took me on a test drive, and saw that i fell in love with my Honda Civic as soon as i found out the car had a back up camera (LOL). Upon returning to the dealership, the finance team was encountering resistance from the bank to finance me with $0 down payment with my 06 pontiac torrent trade in, that i still currently owed a balance on and a not so perfect credit history. After hearing that i wasn't able to get financed unless i at least came up with $500 down that day, i sat there at Marc's desk feeling sad, and let down, and i waited for him to bring me my keys for my 06 pontiac so i could leave...instead Marc came back with keys to the Honda, and a bell in his hand. I asked him where were the keys to my old car, i was ready to go, i was embarassed enough, he looked at me and said "do you want to go home with you new car today?" i said of course, but i don't have the money you guys want for me to put down we already went thru this...He looked at me and said "here are the keys to your new car, now ring the bell, you just brought yourself a new car"...i don't know how he did it, but Marc was able to work a miracle and i was able to get my car that day. I had tears in my eyes, as this was customer service at it's finest and i have NEVER had such an excellent, personable experience at a car dealership EVER in my life. Lindsay Acura please keep doing what you are doing and Please what ever you do, make sure you keep guys like Marc Bauer and Mitch Faulkner around, because Customers like me really appreciate these guys and they do make a difference in our lives. Buyer Beware! October 6th, 2014, my husband and I visited Lindsay Honda/Acura. I was interested in two vehicles that I had viewed online. I looked at a CR-V and and October 6th, 2014, my husband and I visited Lindsay Honda/Acura. I was interested in two vehicles that I had viewed online. I looked at a CR-V and and MDX. Ultimately, I chose the MDX. This used vehicle had 20,000 miles and appeared to be in perfect condition. As we were signing paperwork, we were told that the vehicle had been in a minor rear end accident. There was minimal information about the exact nature of the accident. My husband and I hesitated and then went to inspect the vehicle. We could see no issues with the rear of the vehicle. Our salesperson (who was actually a Honda salesperson) commented "you know that this is a high end vehicle and more affluent people are going to want it fixed right". My husband and I agreed that this would be the case, so we completed the purchase. All appeared fine with the vehicle until mid August 2015. While my husband was washing and waxing the car, he noticed "bubbling" and rust on the bottom edge of the rear passenger door. He then took it to a reputable body shop to find out about the damage. To our horror, the estimator at the body shop told us that the rear door (not the bumper) had been damaged and improperly repaired. In addition, the front passenger door was damaged and would also "bubble" and rust in the near future. The estimate for ONE door was $2700. We had heard so many good reviews of Lindsay that we thought they would want to help us remedy this situation, so my husband phoned the used car sales manager. Instead, we were told that it had been "a while" since the purchase and they couldn't do anything to help. My husband even asked about the possibility of assistance with the cost of repair through the dealership. He was told that they would send it to the same place for repair that we had spoken with and therefore, had no option to help us. I even attempted to trade the vehicle at another Honda dealership without success. The trade in estimator stated that this vehicle had been purchased from an out of state auction that is known for having insufficient information about accident history. This dealership, Roush, doesn't purchase from this particular auction because of these facts. In short, Lindsay may have a better selection of vehicles, but I would NEVER purchase from this company again, especially if the vehicle has been in a "minor" accident. If you choose to do so, you could have a $32,000 vehicle with a rusty door! I am stuck with this vehicle unless I choose to accept a huge financial loss by trading for another. So, I willhave it repaired properly at my own expense and keep it. While I don't believe there was intentional deception involved, the salesperson clearly wasn't familiar with this vehicle and it's history. Lindsay will never again receive any business from our family. More

Service on Acura MDX I had taken my MDX to check for a noise, the dealership did tests on the car and told me the tires needs to be replaced. They wanted to sell me tires but I backed off and bought them at discount tire. The noise didn't go away. The issue was bearings problem. I wasted my money based on the dealers suggestion replacing tires. More
Disappointing Experience I recently traded in for a used TSX from Lindsey Acura. There was a chip in the windshield I asked that Lindsey fix as part of the sale which they agr I recently traded in for a used TSX from Lindsey Acura. There was a chip in the windshield I asked that Lindsey fix as part of the sale which they agreed to since it is directly in the line of sight while driving. After their "repair" the chip looked worse and they refused to do anything else. My salesperson Frank Garcia said I should turn it in to my insurance to get the cost covered. I will not return to this dealership as they are unethical and have poor customer service. For their "family values" advertised they have no loyalty to someone who has been loyal to the Acura brand (3 purchases in the last 4 years). Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. I would give 0 stars if it was a option. More
Excellent experience. Should have bought my car here. Bought my car at Hidy Acura in Dayton since that is where I live. My check emissions system light came on shortly before I went out of warranty. They said they found no problem, reset my codes, and sent me on my way. About four miles down the road, the light comes on again with a completely different navi code. Instead of having me return to the dealership, they feed me some BS line about my air filter causing it. They suggests changing the air filter to only one they sell, the Acura part. I wasn't born yesterday. Took it to Lindsay Acura in Columbus. They promptly determined I needed a new bank one and catalytic converters. They were very professional as well and a pleasure to deal with. This is the second time I've gone to get a second opinion from Lindsay after my local dealership screwed up. Worked with Rob both times. He and everyone else here are totally on the spot. Rob is very personable. In the future, I will save myself the trouble and make the drive to Columbus. The service department is open until midnight, and I can go shopping and have dinner while I'm in town. More

I told him the monthly payment I wanted and the make and model of vehicle I wanted to buy and he made it happened. He took my trade-in, paid it off, installed a brand new battery personally in my new pre-owned vehicle and even requested an auto glass dealer call me to schedule the repair of my windshield at his expense. I'm blown away by his customer service and desire to ensure my satisfaction. He greeted and interacted with my children respectfully, expressed how valuable my business is to him and the Lindsay Acura family and ensured me that he would be here for me and my children no matter our vehicle needs. Go see Phil! He is a compassionate conversationalist and knows a tremendous amount about the car industry. More
New car purchase. We received a flyer in the mail stating that we could get 125% black book for our trade PLUS .9% interest on our financing. (the flyer was from Lindsay Acura not Acura or some other 3rd party) Immediately they stated that that was not true. Apparently the PLUS was not true. You could have one or the other not both. Needless to say we called BS on that kind of advertising and left. We don't care much for FALSE ADVERTISING. The following day we went to Columbus Acura and got a fabulous deal on our trade in as well as a terrific price on the 2015 MDX we purchased. Lindsay could only offer 2.9% interest even though we have a fabulous credit rating. Columbus Acura gave us 1.9% interest. More
The Sales Consultant Makes All the Difference!!! When I walked into Lindsay Acura Sat, Nov.29, with my adult son ,I had no intention of buying a new car let alone leasing a new car. I knew exactly When I walked into Lindsay Acura Sat, Nov.29, with my adult son ,I had no intention of buying a new car let alone leasing a new car. I knew exactly what I wanted and there was no changing my mind. After 4.5 hrs, my son and I left there leasing a brand new Acura RDX. I can only attribute this to my fantastic, honest and informative Sales Consultant, Chris Capuano. He went into great detail about the pros and cons of buying vs. leasing. After I had all the data, I ended up trading my vehicle for a 2015 RDX. Chris stayed well over closing time to make sure I was comfortable in the vehicle and helped me program and sync data. I actually cut it short because I felt badly keeping him there so late. I made an appt. with him to come back on Mon. Dec 1, and after 2 hrs, I felt like I had owned the car for years. That is what I call Supreme Customer Service!!!!!!!!! More
