I live in Cincinnati which is about 100 miles from Lindsay Acura -- in fact until I began looking for a car, I had never even heard of Lindsay. I shopped for several brands of cars using only the Int Lindsay Acura -- in fact until I began looking for a car, I had never even heard of Lindsay. I shopped for several brands of cars using only the Internet. I shopped for an Audi A4 2.0T Prestige/Sport with wood, an Acura TL SH-AWD Advance with back-up sensors (dealer accessory costing over $700), an Infiniti M37X and a Volvo S60 T6. I configured all of the cars as close as possible to each other in terms of options and features. I test drove (many times) all of the cars I eventually ended up shopping for and, additionally, a Cadillac CTS/4 3.6 Premium/Performance model. I also test drove an Audi S4. Lindsay Acura responsded to my Internet search within one day with the most attractive offer for a 2012 Acura TL SH-AWD Advance (a somewhat difficult car to find even as of mid September 2012). Once the offers from other dealers (of all of the brands I was shopping for) had come in, I decided to go both with the Acura and with Lindsay. I made my first telephone contact with them on a Saturday afternoon, close to Lindsay's closing hour -- and I was 100 miles away at the time. They asked me if I wanted to come pick up the car, stating that they would fully prep the car, fill it with gas and wait for me to drive from Cincinnati (on a SATURDAY night!) I thanked them and got into my car with my wife and we met Jeff Funk (Lindsay's new car sales rep that we dealt with) at the dealership. Inside the already closed dealership, I met the finance person and we sat down to go through the what I thought would be the dreadful part of the transaction. I should here mention my wife is an attorney and she READS every word on every page of every document. The experience, according to her (and from my point of view, I agree) was THE EASIEST transaction and closing event she had ever participated in, tied with a similar experience when she bought a new 2011 Infiniti FX (in Cincinnati.) I wanted back up sensors on the new Acura -- which would require an all-day appointment. Everything to make the experience of buying, paperwork and follow up visit to the service dept was handled in a "take your time, we're here to make this go the way YOU want it to go, not the way that WE want it to go" manner. I can't comment on the service department, yet. But the sales experience was great and I would highly recommend this dealership for new car sales. As of this early time, I would buy from Lindsay again. Count me (and my wife) as highly satisfied customers. P.S. Inexplicably, Jeff Funk is no longer with the dealership -- ask for Patrick Rice, Sales Manager, if you want to transact business (remotely) with this dealer; Patrick is a great guy. More
In July 2011, I was interested in upgrading my 2008 Honda CRV to a 2008 white Acura MDX with Technology/Entertainment packages with moderate/low mileage and listed at a reasonable price. After locating this exact vehicle on Lindsay Acura's Internet site, I emailed the Internet sales manager Mark Gibson who contacted me by phone in a short amount of time. We set up an appointment and I met with him after work. With information from my Internet research, I told him exactly what price I wanted to pay for the Acura, what I wanted for my 2008 Honda CRV trade-in and the net price I wanted to pay for this upgrade. He met my offer instantly. However, my calculations did not include tax and fees which were around $2,500 (more than I expected). Mark then further discounted the price of the MDX and increased the price of the trade in they would offer as part of a great deal that I accepted. He was never pretentious (which sometimes is the norm at Acura dealerships), wasn't condescending and was very helpful and informative. He spent adequate time on a test drive and explaining many of the functions/features of the MDX (the SUV was in brand-new condition). He wanted me to leave that night securing the deal while never using any real pressure tactics. The added, unexpected bonuses were numerous as a result of Acura's stringent used vehicle condition checklist - 4 brand new Goodyear Eagle tires, a rear break job with turned rotors, oil change and new filters, new Acura floor mats, repainted bumpers to get rid of nicks/scratches, detailed inside and out, and a 12-month Acura Certified warranty (plus a nice food/goodie basket as a thank you). Finally, I didn't have the title to my CRV and I didn't bring my checkbook to pay for the upgrade. Mark let me take the MDX home that night and said I could return the next day with the release of lien and my check. The finance department (Ed Luffey) was quick and informative in completing the paperwork (and offered a great discounted warranty upgrade - but didn't pressure me). This was truly a five-star experience. I will return for service and refer Lindsay to others. Thanks so much, Mark. Fantastic dealership! PS - I bought a Honda Accord at their sister dealership next door in 2005 (Lindsay Honda) and had a similar great experience. I also used Lindsay Acura service in 2004 for my 2002 Acura RL and they were very accommodating and reasonable in price. The Lindsay dealerships will be at the top of my list for future vehicle purchases. More

This is my first purchase of an Acura and with the dealership, Lindsay Acura. I have to say working with David Lopez made for the best experience I've had in purchasing a new car. I was specific about the type and color vehicle I wanted, and when the vehicle was not available on the lot David did the leg work to assure that I got the vehicle I desired. David is very knowledgeable of the vehicle I purchased and I liked the one on one time he provided me going over the "technical" operations of the vehicle to make sure that I was comfortable with my purchase before driving it off the lot. I also, have to say the experience with the finance offer, was also pleasant and I liked the gift basket I received as a customer appreciation. This once again made the experience very special. I can truely say that I am looking forward to having a long term relationship with Lindsay Acura and it's staff. More
Purchased a certified MDX from this dealership, paid a premium for the certification story and "better than new" sales pitch. 2.5 years later the driver passenger door totally rusted out and an premium for the certification story and "better than new" sales pitch. 2.5 years later the driver passenger door totally rusted out and another Acutra dealership tells us that car door/side was re-painted and not to ACURA standards as is required by cerification. Obviousley something happen to the door of a two year old vehicle! Of course things happen and problems like this could be missed by professional Acura service engineers. After I discussed this with the dealership and sent them pitctures to review, I was told there is nothing they can do despite the fact I am in the market for a new car! 1. Disspaointed no one here apologized for something that should not have happened. 2. Of course they are not interested in offeriong to help fix the door. 3. I am dissapointed in the quality statement/value of the certification program. 4. I am surprized Acura was not interested in losing another car sale and long term service revenue. However, I am pleased that Acura corporate in California has issued a case number and has requsted all my information. More

David Lopez is a wonderful sales associate. He is dilligent and thorough. He is also persistent, which is invaluable in these economic times as buyers are looking for the best deal and many manufactu dilligent and thorough. We have purchased two cars from David and will probably be purchasing a third here in a few days. Lindsay Acura is by far the best Acura dealership in Columbus. The Columbus Acura dealership in Dublin does not seem interested in working as hard for the sale. We live in Dublin and will drive to the far east side of Columbus to go to Lindsay Acura every time. The same is true for my brother who also drove from Dublin to Lindsay Acura to purchase his Acura a couple years ago. Between my brother, my husband and I, we have purchased 7 Acuras throughout the years. My brother and I are each on our third Acura. They make a wonderful automobile. I had a very good experience buying a new car at Lindsay Acura. The salesperson, Tim Grafentine along with the sales manager and the finance person were all great to work with.
