Great, we got 2011 Acura TL for the price of 2010 Acura TL We negotiated a 2010 Acura TL and came to a price agreement. We walked into the showroom and were very warmly welcomed. I was comfortable browsing the newer models. Finally the person I was dealing was free and we were taken good care after that. It was a disappointment to know that previous night they sold the car. I did not like that, I was ready to leave the dealership. But he gave me the keys of 2011 with less miles than 2010. We took that car for a test drive for about 30 mins. We came back and came to know that the 2011 model would cost 2k more. This was deal breaker for me. So I told him that I have a fix budget to work with and I can not keep adding these little chunks of money. I told him this exact statement "If I keep adding little bit on every transaction then in the year end I would end up spending a lot more. Sorry can not go over my budget." This went back and forth few times and for a little more premium I end up getting 2011 model with less miles. Its started on a bad note but overall it was a very happy experience. I drove around 135 miles to deal with this dealer and it was worth the drive. I would recommend everyone to deal with Tyler stokes. More

This is my second experience buying from Lindsay. In 2008 i bought a certified pre-owned acura and just last week bought a new 2012 TL. My extended family has also bought cars from Lindsay and we have all ha i bought a certified pre-owned acura and just last week bought a new 2012 TL. My extended family has also bought cars from Lindsay and we have all had consistently wonderful experiences. I would highly recommend both the sales and the service teams. More
This is my 3rd acura TSX that I have leased from Lindsay Acura- the staff is always very friendly. My monthly lease payment and money down has decreased every time I purchased. I purchased a used vehicle from this dealer and it had a light on they agreed to fix it. Then when I brought it back to them for the work they kept it for 2 days and gave it back with the same problem and a light on they agreed to fix it. Then when I brought it back to them for the work they kept it for 2 days and gave it back with the same problem and a half of a tank of gas missing and said if it does not stop bring it back.It did not stop so I set up an appoitment on a monday morning for service and told the service writer that I would drop it off on sunday night in the night drop, I did. The next day monday I got a call asking what it was there for I explained it to the caller and it also said on my paperwork I filled out he assured me he would check into it and get it done. I called on tuesday to check the progress and was told they knew nothing about it and had not even started on it.Tuesday night when we got the right people involved, they started looking at it and it took untill thursday afternoon to decide they couldnt figure it out (that is 4 days total to diagnois somthing the couldnt figure out) so they sent it out to be fixed. I brought my car to a dealer for repair I expected it to be fixed at a dealer but insted they sent it to cottman transmission who then proceded to put in used "remanfactuered"parts to make the repair per Lindsay! Then to top it all off they gave my car back to me on empty for the second time after running out two half tanks of fuel between both visits I had to make. Then they lost my down payment check and acted as if it was my fault and said that I had to replace that check at the full amount and if I wanted to I could submit any cancleation fees for them to consider reimbursing me.I have never had a place drop the ball this much on a problem and it is the last time they will for me and you should save you self the hassel!! More
Larry gave me a courtesy call concerning a sales promotion that Lindsay Acura had going in October. The opportunity was much to my liking but Lindsay's 2012 TSX's weren't in yet. He kept me informed as to when my automobile would arrive. Once in, the exchange of turning in my 2010 TSX for my new 2012 went smoothly. I will continue to drive the extra half hour(there is another Acura dealership located 10 minutes from my home) to Lindsay Acura to work with Larry. More
Cindy and Patrick provided a great example of customer service. I went into the dealership to look for a car for me, which I found the vehicle but not the color combination. While discussing that deal, I was offered a chance to upgrade my wife's vehicle at a very attractive price, and took that deal. Following, Cindy has continued to search for the color combination/car and option package I wanted and has now found it. That kind of customer service has to be rewarded. More
We bought a oddsey from there and ask about the missing headrest and we were told they would check into it for us.A week later we stopped by and ask about the missing mats for the van again we got the run headrest and we were told they would check into it for us.A week later we stopped by and ask about the missing mats for the van again we got the run around about they were probably dirty so they threw them away. They told us they would check on things for us and give us a call.That was 6 weeks ago and we are still waiting to hear from someone about replacing them.I wouldn't recommed this dealership especially if they don't follow through with taking care of their customers.They should replace these items free of charge since we haven't heard from them. I live in Cincinnati which is about 100 miles from Lindsay Acura -- in fact until I began looking for a car, I had never even heard of Lindsay. I shopped for several brands of cars using only the Int Lindsay Acura -- in fact until I began looking for a car, I had never even heard of Lindsay. I shopped for several brands of cars using only the Internet. I shopped for an Audi A4 2.0T Prestige/Sport with wood, an Acura TL SH-AWD Advance with back-up sensors (dealer accessory costing over $700), an Infiniti M37X and a Volvo S60 T6. I configured all of the cars as close as possible to each other in terms of options and features. I test drove (many times) all of the cars I eventually ended up shopping for and, additionally, a Cadillac CTS/4 3.6 Premium/Performance model. I also test drove an Audi S4. Lindsay Acura responsded to my Internet search within one day with the most attractive offer for a 2012 Acura TL SH-AWD Advance (a somewhat difficult car to find even as of mid September 2012). Once the offers from other dealers (of all of the brands I was shopping for) had come in, I decided to go both with the Acura and with Lindsay. I made my first telephone contact with them on a Saturday afternoon, close to Lindsay's closing hour -- and I was 100 miles away at the time. They asked me if I wanted to come pick up the car, stating that they would fully prep the car, fill it with gas and wait for me to drive from Cincinnati (on a SATURDAY night!) I thanked them and got into my car with my wife and we met Jeff Funk (Lindsay's new car sales rep that we dealt with) at the dealership. Inside the already closed dealership, I met the finance person and we sat down to go through the what I thought would be the dreadful part of the transaction. I should here mention my wife is an attorney and she READS every word on every page of every document. The experience, according to her (and from my point of view, I agree) was THE EASIEST transaction and closing event she had ever participated in, tied with a similar experience when she bought a new 2011 Infiniti FX (in Cincinnati.) I wanted back up sensors on the new Acura -- which would require an all-day appointment. Everything to make the experience of buying, paperwork and follow up visit to the service dept was handled in a "take your time, we're here to make this go the way YOU want it to go, not the way that WE want it to go" manner. I can't comment on the service department, yet. But the sales experience was great and I would highly recommend this dealership for new car sales. As of this early time, I would buy from Lindsay again. Count me (and my wife) as highly satisfied customers. P.S. Inexplicably, Jeff Funk is no longer with the dealership -- ask for Patrick Rice, Sales Manager, if you want to transact business (remotely) with this dealer; Patrick is a great guy. More
