I was looking at a used car at Lindsey Acura. I called the dealership and spoke with Frank Garcia. After talking to the Finance guy "Tim" Frank told me that everything was good and to pick my car up the n the dealership and spoke with Frank Garcia. After talking to the Finance guy "Tim" Frank told me that everything was good and to pick my car up the next day. Before leaving the house I called and spoke to Tim in finance to see what documents I needed to bring. I was told they needed to double check the price I was given on the car and he would call me back in 10 minutes. I waited for about 30 minutes then called back to see what the hold up was. I was then told by another finance guy "Mitch" that they were still working on things and he would call me back in 20 mins. All this time I'm waiting to head to the dealership to pick up the car that everything was supposed to be done on the day before. After waiting 20 mins I decided to head to another dealership to look around while waiting from a call back from Lindsey Acura. I never got so much as a call back from them. I went ahead and got a better car at a better rate from the dealership I was at. I not only will never do business with Lindsey Acura/Honda but after telling everyone who asks me about my new car how I was treated I'm sure none of my friends or family will do business there either. Now with Facebook and social media sites I have also spread the word that Lindsey Acura/Honda does not appreciate their customer's time and has no interest in making things right. More
From the moment I walked in the door and was greeted with a smile and a "How may I help you?", I knew it would be another great experience at your dealership. He kept in touch with me as to when the vehicle would be arriving and also e-mailed the numbers ahead so that I could have the necessary funds transferred. Great experience and I love the RDX!!! More
Just purchased my 3rd Acura TL. I love the car and Lindsay Acura, especially Tim Grafintine. He is the best salesman - knowledgable, patient and willing to do whatever he can to satisfy the customer. They sold me a 2004 Acura TL with mismatched tires and rusty breaks. I'm looking at $350 for a dent they claimed would cost me $60 to take out at "dent wizard". Dent doctors said they were full of crap an rusty breaks. I'm looking at $350 for a dent they claimed would cost me $60 to take out at "dent wizard". Dent doctors said they were full of crap and dent wizards wouldn't even touch a dent that big not to mention the business is closed permanently. Also they told me the car came with new tires when in reality the car came with 2 new tires and 2 bald tires. To top it off they let me drive off the lot with rusty breaks which need to be replaced. There will be another $700 I will have to put into the car for the fan belt as well. So I'm looking at $600 for tires/breaks+ $700 for a belt+ $350 for the dent and I haven't even had the car 30 days. The best part is I had a similar experience at Lindsay Honda and I told Lindsay Acura I was weary after my last car buying fiasco. I would avoid Lindsay Acura and Lindsay Honda at all costs!! They appear as a reputable respectable dealership but this is the second time they have withheld important information from me and have sold me a poorly inspected car. They claim to look over the car before they sell it but in reality they are cheap and don't care at all about their customers. After the accident that totaled my previous car they took advantage of my need for a new vehicle and scammed me into spending more then I should have for a car in this condition. More
Mark and everyone we encountered at Lindsay were very friendly and helpful. We had originally planned to purchase a used RDX but after comparing it with the wonderful deal we were able to make on a new friendly and helpful. My husband has had other contact with Mark and feels he is straight forward, honest and very knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend your dealership and especially Mark to anyone. More
This dealership is fantastic. We purchased 2 cars on the same day, one for me and one for my mother-in-law. I easily picked out my car but Cindy had already compiled a list of vehicles for my mother-in-law same day, one for me and one for my mother-in-law. I easily picked out my car but Cindy had already compiled a list of vehicles for my mother-in-law to drive based on her previous car and what I had mentioned she was interested in. Cindy stayed well after the dealership had closed to make sure we got everything we needed. By doing this she sacrificed her time with her husband and her grandchildren. We insisted that she leave and she wouldn't, we even had to convince her to answer her husbands phone calls after she missed dinner. I had also talked with Ginny on the phone prior to coming into the dealership. she was very professional and worked to meet my expectations. The dealership gave me far better pricing that the local Acura competitor without a hassle. I have been converted to a Lindsey customer for future purchases. More

Back in December 2011 I wrote a negative review of the Lindsay Acura Service department after a very bad experience. That was after having been a longtime, repeat customer (back to 2002)and having my Acu Lindsay Acura Service department after a very bad experience. That was after having been a longtime, repeat customer (back to 2002)and having my Acuras serviced only there. The experience I had this past December made me feel compelled to write, as it was so out of the ordinary. Lindsay's service department had always been great. I have been there to have our 2010 Acura MDX serviced twice since. Once in March for a recall, and today for a routine service. I am very happy to say that the last two times have been outstanding. I would go so far as to say they are even better than they were prior to my negative review. My service advisor today was Rob Shaw. He was absolutely superb. My experience today was so much better than it had been in December, I wanted to make sure to get on here and mention it. And the nice newly remodeled waiting area is really a nice touch! I went in the dealership a little stressed, knowing I needed a car but also knew that my credit wasn't the best! I wanted to see Karoline due she is the one I had initially spoke with but she wasn't available, so I was taken over to Gary Hilton, I was really impressed with Gary and the assistant sales manager who took me to meet with Gary. Gary was compassionate and willing to do whatever was need to assist me. Although my credit wasn't the norm, Gary comforted me by allowing me to know that Lindsey Acura tries to help in snyway they could. Needless to say that really made my day! Gary worked with me on what kind of car I wanted and assisted me with the perfect car. And was with me through the whole process of waiting on the approval. Upon approval the finance manager worked so very hard to get me the best deal, and was so awesome, explaining everything to assuring me that this is just the beginning of a long relationship with doing business. I appreciate been made to feel that my business is important and appreciated! Thank you Lindsey team for going over and above the call of duties! And this has been the best car purchase I have ever experienced:) More
I believe in great experiences. Lindsay Acura listened to me to ensure my desired outcome. When I got to the dealership, I was warmly greeted by the team. I appreciate the entire experience and would definitely buy from them again. Also, Jay the shuttle driver (who took me to work and picked me up) was warm, genuine and fun!
