We recently purchased a new RDX from Lindsay Acura. The buying experience that we had here was excellent. The entire staff was professional and friendly and our Salesperson, Jim Oancea, was very thorough a buying experience that we had here was excellent. Responded to emails and texts promptly. Fresh wash and detail prior to my arrival. Worked late into evenings via email, text, and on the day of purchase. Helped to provide a thorough test drive (bumpy open parking lot, not just smooth roads by the dealership) Drove to Batteries Plus to ensure fresh batteries were in the DVD Entertainment system’s remote. Had the dealership’s contracted leather specialist repair a blemish in the leather door panel within 45 minutes. No visible sign of the blemish remained. Promptly located a small plastic replacement panel that the vehicle needed. Provided gift baskets for me to take home to my family (holiday season) Gave me a very reasonable price on my trade-in. Spent time after the dealership closed to ensure I knew how the navigation and audio systems worked prior to my long night drive home. Even paired my phone with system via bluetooth, programmed my home address in the nav system, located great XM station, and provided snacks and drinks for the drive as well. Was cognizant of the long day and drive I had and worked quickly, efficiently, and very hard to provide excellent customer service. Even called to check on me in an effort to keep me alert my during 5 hour drive home. Gary Hilton is professional, top-notch, detail oriented, and caring. Very helpful and genuine gentleman. I had my car for two years. I got an email asking if I was still pleased with my vehicle or would I maybe consider wanting to trade in for a new car. I had honestly not considered it, but I thought on it was still pleased with my vehicle or would I maybe consider wanting to trade in for a new car. I had honestly not considered it, but I thought on it for a while and came to Lindsay Acura to test the waters. I had bought my Volkswagen from there two years ago and was very pleased with the service then. It wasn't more than 20 minutes into my being at the dealership that I realized that I was going to be leaving there with the new car that evening. Mr. Hilton was exceptionally nice and thorough with his communication about the cars, the price, and what he could do for me. I wasn't there to be talked down to, I wasn't there to be told things that weren't the truth. I wanted straight talk and I got it. At the end they bent over backwards to get me a good deal on the car that I wanted. I cannot praise all of their staff enough. I cannot recommend this dealership enough. I'm a Lindsay customer for life :-) More
My husband needed a new work car so I found a 2010 Honda Accura on the Internet from here with 36,000 miles. He went and looked at it and made an offer. The only thing wrong with it was the steering wheel rubber was peeling so Tabitha Browning, our sales person, said they could fix that. OK, we picked it up next day and paid CASH for it, no financing. We were given three sets of keys for it. The next morning we realized two sets of keys were wrong, the valet set and one other. We called them and they said they would send the others out when they got the wrong ones back. OK, hope we don't lose ours in the mean time. We did this at our cost. Here we are two weeks later, after much back and forth conversation still trying to get our other set. They can't find them. Yesterday, the sales manager, hung up during the conversation with my husband because he got loud or whatever. Hello--wouldn't you? Dan Gerber (sales manager) wanted to know if the car was Certified. Heck, we don't know, don't even know what that means. Just give us our keys. We received a car with 3 sets that is what we paid for!! So today, I had to call the President, Mr. Lindsay and speak with his assistant. She has promised to either get them from the previous owner or reimburse for getting another set made (we live 90 minutes away from the dealership). BTW, the fix on the steering wheel is peeling--we had to buy a steering wheel cover. Now she tells me you don't get two sets unless the car is Certified. So word to the wise, steer clear of this dealership. The frustration is too great. We have dealt with this during my husband having surgery. That is so wrong. More

They don't follow through with what they say they are going to do. I had a great experience at this dealership till they lost my plates. I moved to Ohio from Massachusetts and needed a new car after I going to do. I had a great experience at this dealership till they lost my plates. I moved to Ohio from Massachusetts and needed a new car after I moved here. After I bought my MDX I told 2 different employees that the plates on my leased Acura needed to be sent back to the Massachusetts RMV in order for me to cancel my insurance. I even offered to send them back myself. I was told that since the car was an Acura lease they owned the plates and that they would take care of everything. They didn't. They lost the plates and now I'm paying insurance on a car I don't own. I called about this and got NO help from anyone or accountability. I'm now in the process of trying to get my plates canceled while still paying insurance on a car I don’t own. I don’t recommend buying a car from this dealership because they just don’t care. Once they sell a car to you they could care less about you…. More
This dealership is awful. If you are a woman in the market for a new or used vehicle, I would NOT recommend this dealer. The guys there will downgrade you, are very disrespectful and will make you feel market for a new or used vehicle, I would NOT recommend this dealer.
