Hello, I am so sorry to hear of the inconvenience you experienced when bringing in your 2011 Navigator in for Service. I completely understand your frustrations and would love the opportunity to explain our position further. Our goal is to always provide a loaner vehicle for our clients that is similar to their own. This is something we believe in and choose to provide for our clients. In this light, we always let clients know that this is our goal but within our regular appointment scheduling but is not guaranteed to be the exact model. If in fact it is a requirement from one of our clients and not simply a preference, we can always accommodate this but it would have to be scheduled accordingly. This is why when you had come in for service and expressed the need for something the same size we mentioned we would be able to provide you with the next one that came in. As Nick our Service Manager mentioned, it wasn't something we were able to do at that exact moment, but something we would have been happy to do at a later day and time. We would have even brought it right to you and picked your vehicle up so that you weren't inconvenienced by a different appointment. In regards to the "copayment" we always disclose to our clients that there are potential diagnosing fees when inspecting a vehicle. We believe in complete transparency with pricing. We always explore any and all potential warranties that our clients have and always apply them accordingly. In a scenario where you have coverage the only expense would be your deductible if there is one. I hope this all makes sense, again I apologize. Our offer still stands to have our valet team bring you a Navigator loaner ( we have several new model Navigators in our fleet) right to your home or office and deliver your vehicle back to you when it is complete. All of our services come with a hand car wash but I would be happy to extend you a Complete Executive Detail for the inconvenience. My family has been here for a very long time and have been because of our willingness and ability to always work with our clients in all situations. I would love to personally do just that for you. The reason I denied the repairs because the loss of trust and the treatment by your staff. I did not appreciate the condescending way your employees speak to a customer and the accusation of David glass when he said to me that I was trying to intimidate him in getting what I want. I have found an honest mechanic who took care of my compressor issue and I will no longer do business at your dealership thanks for the response all I wanted was an explanation.
