The dealership was very professional and helpful from the receptions to the finance person. They did not try to rush me out even though they were closing for the day. They need to improve in managing the appointments since they had me waiting 1/2 hour before taking care of me. It's not fair that I am there on time but then I have to wait. The recall work was done and everyone was very friendly, however, I had my appointment for almost 2 months because a Suzuki mechanic needed to be hired. I called a few days ahead to confirm the appt was st however, I had my appointment for almost 2 months because a Suzuki mechanic needed to be hired. I called a few days ahead to confirm the appt was still on, I mentioned the work needed and dropped my car off the day before. When I dropped it off they had me scheduled, yet they didn’t know what for until I reminded them. They notified me later that day to say they didn’t have the part on hand to order it. This delayed the work about a half a day and I had to leave my car two days. I think they should have been prepared for the recall since my appt was on the books for almost 2 months and I actually notified them to confirm a few a few days prior to be sure all would be be done as efficiently as possible. I was disappointed in the lack of attention to detail which resulted in inconveniencing me because I had to leave me car an extra day. More
