Mr. LaBelle I apologize for the delayed response but I did want to extend myself on behalf of my team. I am very sorry that your recent experiences have left you feeling uncomfortable. In regard to the MKX, I know you felt the transmission was shifting different after the repairs. There are element s of the programming of the transmission and its shifting patterns that adjust to use and can also be cleared and restored to factory settings. I am sorry that you were not satisfied with that repair process but happy to hear that you found a nice replacement. I assure you the certified inspection process is real and audited. We sell many certified vehicles every month and as a family owned and operated business we stand behind them for years to come. So I assure you there are no short term decisions made in our service department. If you ask any independent repair mechanic or dealer factory trained technician they will tell you that after there multiple drive cycles performed on a pre-owned vehicle the oil will show it. That doesn't mean that an oil change wasn't previously performed, which is what I believe you were implying. I will try to reach out so that we can speak to these things with more clarity. David I do apologize that our Aviator did not meet your expectations and I apologize for any inconvenience we caused you along the way. We are a three generation family business. I assure you there are never any short term deals in our eyes. Which is why we stand behind our vehicles and condition th em thoroughly. The vehicle you purchased had been in an accident and repaired previously. Which was discussed with you during the sale process. I am very familiar with the repair. It was mostly cosmetic but the headlight was scratched and definitely increased the cost of the repair. We have a return policy because we are confident in our vehicles. If one of our guests isn't 100% comfortable we are always willing to provide them with a peace of mind return. I do apologize if you feel we didn't provide you with enough information upfront. We will strive to do better in the future. We believe in a transparent process always, so I apologize if our discussions around the accident and prior repairs were in any way not what you expected.
