Luis expla Wayne NJ and it was the best experience I have ever had when purchasing a new vehicle. There was no pressure and the staff was super Kind. Luis explained the entire vehicle to us before we bought it and continued to show us things we needed to know as we drove off of the lot. The Finance man Joe was the nicest Finance person that we have ever experienced while purchasing a new vehicle. They made the sale go so smooth, easy and stress free. They made new friends and new customers with my wife and I. Thank you for all of your help. Kelly and Kenny More

I did not finance through the Dealer because their rates were much too high. Everyone that I interacted with did a good job. I didn't appreciate the fact that I had to return my Leased plates to DMV, but that is what I was told even though they were not registered to me since it was a Leased car. I also felt that since I was buying the car, they should have had it completely serviced free of charge the same way as if I would have purchased a used car from the lot. In spite of this, everyone was courteous and professional, just felt it lacked some personal service since buying out the car was not inexpensive with all the fees added. I would have preferred to Lease a new car is they had one. Not everyone wants or desires an SUV. William Cordero did a great job in working with me on the Lease Buy-Out and Sebastian Varela was exceptionally courteous and kind in assisting me when I visited the dealership in Wayne, NJ. Ron Lupo went out of his way to finalize the transaction for me. More

The other times it was in service. Once for leaking rear engine seals and 4 times for transmission problems. Transmission was never the same is it was slipping and bucking. I was told the transmission needs time to get used to the way I drive the car or what they call adaptive learning. Which is a bunch of baloney. Finally got I got disgusted and being I had an extended warranty and thinking this was an isolated incident, I purchased a 2019 Nautilus Reserve with 34,000 miles. I had it for 2 months and the car stalled and just shut down. Had to have it towed to Lincoln of Wayne and it was discovered the EGR Cooler Valve was defective. I was told there was no coolant/water in the engine which caused the vehicle to shut down. They had my car for a few days and finally got it repaired and my wife picked up her car. I called and asked for additional information as I was going on vacation in a few days and was told it is fine, the part was replaced and it will be fine for my trip down the shore. Before I left for vacation, I took it to my mechanic as I wanted him to look over the work order. He told me everything made sense but asked if they changed my oil. I said no and was curious why he said that and he said with the problem I had, there was certainly a strain on the engine and the oil should have been changed and it wasn't. He did show me how gritty the oil was. I am upset at the lack of professionalism displayed by the service department at Lincoln of Wayne. I am quite upset at the way they do not take care of the cars at which they sell to customers. They say they have a check list they perform to ensure a car is certified preowned. I don't believe this for a minute. Lincoln of Wayne is becoming more like a Route 46 car dealership. More
