Dealership is terrific, no complaints. However 80.00 for an oil change is outrageous, I will not go back too expensive. I am a 10 year customer and they have now lost me. First oil change for my Lincoln MKC This was my first oil change at Lincoln of Wayne for my Lincoln MKC which I bought from them in 2019. Issue finally resolved with my 2016 MKZ Although it took two visits to resolve, your service department eventually repaired a problem with my 2016 MKZ. The problem was intermittent at first, Although it took two visits to resolve, your service department eventually repaired a problem with my 2016 MKZ. The problem was intermittent at first, so I understand why it was difficult to detect and I continued to drive the vehicle without any issues until the day a dashboard alarm went off. Your service department promptly made an appointment for me, scheduled me with a loaner, and I had the vehicle flat bedded to your facility. It only took a day this time to confirm the problem and provide results. Since the part was not in stock, the car needed to be there over the weekend, but because of the loaner I was not inconvenienced. My thanks to both Dennis, who attempted to resolve the intermittent issue on the first visit, and to Stephen for their hard work and dedication to making sure I was kept informed about the progress and in solving the mystery defect in the vehicle. More
