In today’s world the norm is to complain when taking the time to write a letter. However, this letter is quite the opposite. I would like to take the time to complement certain employees of Lincoln of Wayne time to write a letter. However, this letter is quite the opposite. I would like to take the time to complement certain employees of Lincoln of Wayne. So frist the list of names: Melanie ( Sales Assistant Resiptionist) Hayden Begnoche (My Fabulous Salesman) Able Torres ( Mobile Tech) Mark (Mobile Tech) Each of theses individually absolutely customer driven people, are what makes Lincoln My personal choice. They all went far beyond their responsibilities to not only accommodate me. And believe me I was not so nice!! We’ve all been there frustrated, aggravated and just plain disgusted. Yup, got that way by other Lincoln employees without the same inner work standards to go that one step further. Lincoln of Wayne you’ve found some gold!! Careful, dont lose them you might lose customers too!!! Perhaps, some type of reward should come to each of them to show YOUR personal appreciation of them for their outstanding, fabulous, dedicated customer service delivery Each of you have my deepest appreciation and know I kept a list so I can reach each of you again!!!😊😊 THANK YOU ALL!!!
