The wait was very comfortable and when the car was done I received a freshly serviced car and a complementary car wash and cleaning. I take my car here for service whenever my car is due. I am very pleased with the care they take of my Lincoln MKZ and I trust the people who are caring for my car. They do not take short cuts and if I were unable to bring my car they would send some one to pick it up from my place of business and leave me a loaner car. I have been Leasing my Lincolns from Wayne Lincoln for over 10 years now and have always received exceptional care and serve from this superb dealership. More

2019 lincoln navigator was in for engine light on and car phone not charging,steering wheel heater since new and oil use/ car was there for there 3 days picked up car drove on to rt. 23 car doing same as b phone not charging,steering wheel heater since new and oil use/ car was there for there 3 days picked up car drove on to rt. 23 car doing same as before was 3 qts. low on oil. i called the service dept and told of the problem and i am not with the truck oil use really a bad service exp.
