Mr. Price it was a pleasure speaking with you before, as always. To clarify some of our talking points from before... The actual "con artists" in our line of work are shops that are not transparent in the repair process and replace components in guests vehicles for no reason. We have not been able to identify any problem which is uniquely different than not fixing a known problem. We have exhausted all efforts to replicate a "problem" vibration but have found all driving to be normal operation. Out of respect to you and our relationship we have continued extensively to try to identify a point of concern... from multiple master technicians, my manager Nick and even myself personally all taking the vehicle for multiple test drives. All while keeping you in a complimentary loaner vehicle. Of course we back all warranties and are even willing to assist our guests with repairs that are outside of warranty. That is and always has been our belief and business model. That being said we would never promise a solution for a concern that we can not replicate. We even offered solutions for alternate vehicles because we do feel the driving is consistent with all 2015 MKC with similar, 65,000, miles. I am very sorry that you are not comfortable. I have been very grounded and personally connected to you and your vehicle through this journey. As we left off before, on good terms and with open minds, We are more than happy to support you in any way we can. We have invested a lot of time, energy, and money into this journey and would never want any guest to be left feeling uncomfortable. I look forward to talking again soon. It sounds like the the Maintenance reminder needs to be reset, which is a quick item and if the pressure is not registering correctly the sensor may need to be diagnosed further.
