I waited 6 weeks for my appointment because I need a loaner car. A wheel on the car needed to be repaired and because I have a contract covering the cost I waited, to have all my service done at the sam loaner car. We leased this car from Paramus back 3 years ago because we didn’t like how we were treated at Wayne because we intended to buy there due to the fact that it was close for us. The Paramus facility and frie we didn’t like how we were treated at Wayne because we intended to buy there due to the fact that it was close for us. The Paramus facility and friendliness of the staff won us over. But since then Paramus is gone so we decided to keep the car as a finance and we were very Leary about the Wayne facility. The people at the front office are very professional. I wish I could say the same for Service. The worst experience I had to endure. I would not wish anyone the nightmare I went through. Covid has severely hampered the service department; so it's not really their fault. It takes a very long time to get an appointment; and when you do, it still takes a week for them to get to your car. it's not really their fault. Had serviced a few times. Still not fixed as of October. I think I pinpointed the problem but they can't order the part until they run tests. They have had the car two weeks this time. But, as a loaner they gave me a brand new car. Hard to beat that. And they are very polite and I know they ARE trying. I'm sure I will give them 5***** when finally fixed. Also, when I did have an emergency they saw me and fixed the flat immediately. Today's grade should really be an INCOMPLETE. More
