Thank you Ms. Feria for your time yesterday speaking with me about this matter. Again, we are so sorry for any inconvenience we may have caused you. The X-Plan Family and Friends Program through Lincoln Motor Company and Ford Motor Company has very strict policies that we are required to adhere to. The name of the guest purchasing the vehicle must match the name that the pin is generated in. I apologize that you had to drive back home in order to correct this. We should never assume that this will be correct on delivery. I am sorry that your time was spent having to correct this. In regards to the plates and the motor vehicle department, through the pandemic we have seen delays at motor vehicle in the processing of plates. This has caused many people across the country who have purchased or leased new or used vehicles to go beyond the dates guidelines on their temporary plates. During this time, many states and officials have taken this into consideration, knowing that many processes are outside the normal activity due to Covid-19. I am sorry if Williams attempt to communicate this to you came off in any way other than informative. That was definitely not the intent. I am glad that your plates did ultimately come in prior to the temporary plate expiring. As mentioned, we are still always here for you and do wish you the best in your beautiful new Corsair. I am sorry that these two items were of issue and only hope that we are able to continue to assist you in the future should you be able to look past these challenges. Hi Ms Gaffney I am very sorry for your frustrations surrounding your most recent visit with us. Our goal is to always do our very best for our guests every day. It did take the team some time to verify the exact cause of your leak. It was in fact due to a clogged sunroof drain due to excesses dirt buildup. In situations like this our team does like to be thorough to ensure that there is not any other cause of leaks or water intrusion. I am sure in your research you found that there are at times other causes as well. Given that the leak was in fact limited to the clogged drain, there is no warranty coverage for this as it is classified as excess wear and use from improper cleaning or storage. A proper repair takes time. Everything in the vehicle needs to completely taken out down to the shell and the vehicle is treated to avoid any mold concern. Then the entire vehicle needs to be reassembled. There are many places you could visit that might cut corners during this process but I assure you their speed would be doing you an incredible injustice. We understand you were inconvenienced by this matter which is why our team and Lincoln agreed to split the repair with you, feeling that was fair. We did go back to Lincoln given your position at that point and together we discounted a $3,700 repair down to only a few hundred dollars. In regards to the loaner, I agree an unfortunate occurrence which we offered assistance in the repairs in order to offset your expense there. I do apologize that you are still uncomfortable with the repair process. I am sorry to hear of a check engine light, our scope of work was outside of the powertrain but our team would be happy to look into the matter for you. Thank you for your response. We did check what the check engine light means, which BTW is still on, and one of the causes the manual said it could be due to the electrical system being wet. (P. 170). We were assured the entire electrical system was dried out. We may have to schedule a service call. Thanks again.

Once again your dealership shows how inept they can be, I pre paid $1,200 for future oil changes May 2021 and they have no record. This is my third visit and the last 2 visits they found it and now I am paying an extra $129 again. Never use this dealership for service!
