My corsair was picked up on Dec.31,2021 for the first service on a new car. It was picked up a 9AM car was serviced at 11:30 and not returned till Monday Jan.3 reason given waiting for the car to be wash service on a new car. Nobody called on December 31 to tell me that the car was not going to be returned. I had a loaner but my wife could not drive it all weekend which resented more problems. I never had a problem in the past and have been doing business for many years my sons also brought car from wayne. My son had a problem with his corsair it was hid in Penn. at Christmas he called Wayne Lincoln to get the car repaired and was told he could bring it in on March 15 I do not understand what is going on if this is going to be the service I will be going to some other dealer inthe future sowill by sons ans this is leaving a bad taste. More

We bought a car from here at the end of November. The process was painfully long compared to the other Lincoln dealership we purchased from in the past. After a couple of hours into the process, we were process was painfully long compared to the other Lincoln dealership we purchased from in the past. After a couple of hours into the process, we were rudely told that we had the wrong PIN for our Ford X-Plan. The dealership was given this information before arriving at there, and they should have informed us of this information prior to our long journey to the showroom, as we do not live close by. So we had to trek all the way back home to print the correct page and then all the way back. We spent the entire day and evening there. Our salesman was William Cordero (aka Bill). He was nice at first. When I had to contact him a few weeks later because my temp was expiring, he became a different person. He tells me not to worry about driving with an expired temp as his other customers do it all the time. This is even after I told him my local police station advised me against doing this as I am risking a ticket or worse. William became unglued and very rude and hung up on me. Anyway, my registration came in two days before it expired, which he at least overnighted it, however he did not include the promised touch-up paint, which I assume was out of spite. Needless to say I will not be returning to this dealership, or recommending it to anyone. More
It took a month before they could bring my car in, I needed a loaner. It took them FIVE weeks to diagnose my car, which should have taken a quick google search. Water in the wheel well... google it... problem is clogged drains in the sunroof. Then it took another 8 weeks for them to get parts (which I understand, chain supply issues) and fix my car. During this time the windshiled on the loaner cracked from a pebble that spread like the omnicron virus. They charged me the cost, $550 for the window. On top of that they wanted to charge me upwards of $3,700 to fix. Corporate stepped in and reduced it by $1,600. But I was still not satisfied. They took 15 hours of diagnostic testing (five weeks) to figure out the problem, the whole time they were making the problem worse by water testing the car when they could have GOGGLED it! My car sat in a service bay like a lost puppy in a shelter for months. I even checked on it to make sure it was still there. After negotiating the cost down further when we finally picked up the car, we paid under $1000 including the window replacement of the loaner. I am happy they made good on what should have been at the most a one month service stay, instead it was three months. And we thought the service manager was arrogant. But his boss was much nicer. Bottom line, I will not go back to Lincoln of Wayne. They used to be so much better. Also, my check engine light has been un since I picked up my car two weeks ago. I called corporate. More
Call at least a month before you need service. If your breaks go find somewhere else for service since it takes at least 2 weeks for appointment.
