Remarkable Service I highly recommend salesman Jerry Burnard, he listen to what I wanted in a car and provided that for me with every detail. I was on my lunch break when I went to pick up my car and the paper was ready for me to sign. The weather here in Michigan has been hit or miss lately and it was cold windy day too and he made sure the car was on the inside at the service center. I really did appreciate Jerry's attention to detail that I wanted in a car as well, as him taking intiative to make sure I wasn't in the delearship for a long period of time during my lunch break. Squeaky MKZ I'm having an issue with the used car that I purchased from Lincoln of Troy a couple months ago. The car was brought in about two weeks after my purc I'm having an issue with the used car that I purchased from Lincoln of Troy a couple months ago. The car was brought in about two weeks after my purchase for a squeak/chirp in the DR front chassis/suspension. Only hear it when windows are open on our lovely Michigan roads. Every time you hit a decent road patch or parting line, it chirps. Was also brought in for the hard shift from 2nd to 3rd when in automatic. They replaced the torque converter and called it good, it still shifts the same. I've just had to alter how I drive the car so it doesn't have that sharp jerk when shifting. It's still not correct, I know this as I've driven another MKZ that doesn't exhibit this issue and been with a work colleague that is the same year and configuration......it doesn't shift like mine does. This is supposed to be comparable to a baseline 3 series BMW, or an entry level C Class Mercedes, it falls miserably short. My car was in the shop for @ 2 weeks for these issues, to be quite honest, neither of the issues are resolved. So the chirp in the chassis drives me up a wall, and now with the warmer weather and the windows down, I hear it more than ever. Scheduled a day to bring it back in last Monday when the service manager could drive it with me as they "couldn't duplicate" the sound previously. Upon dropping off my car, I went in to see the service tech and take it for a test drive with the service manager, at that time I was told that he wasn't in. Kathy said that they will start working on it and try to locate the source of the chassis noise. Two days later, they still haven't been able to duplicate and asked that I drive back out to Troy and take the tech for a ride. I did and it's no wonder you can't hear the noise, with the window down and the courtesy cover on the seat, all you could hear was the plastic seat cover blowing in the wind. Took the cover off and was able to get the sound to duplicate. Received a call from Lincoln of Troy that they had two of the three issues fixed. The one that is not fixed is the chassis noise. The suggestion that was given was that "why don't we wait until it gets worse, because we can't seem to find the source". As explained to me "Lincoln of Troy can't just start replacing parts", my solution is find a technician then that can diagnose the problem. I don't understand how this can even be remotely considered good customer service, "wait until it really gets bad"!? If I can hear it, it's bad enough. If I had heard the noise when I test drove this car, I would not have bought it. Noises in/on the car are completely unacceptable to me, and I know that they're acceptable to the VO or Ford product development. At what point in time do they reach out to Ford warranty and resolve the issue? Or is it just considered ok to continue to have me drive a 1/2 hour each way and continue to be inconvenienced? I would give zero stars, however, Kathy in service has been outstanding in trying to resolve the issue.... More

I HAVE RECOMMENDED JERRY TO MY FRIENDS AND CO WORKERS WHENEVER THEY ARE IN NEED OF ANY KIND O F TRANSPORTATION.. WHEN I BRING MY AUTOS IN FOR SERVICE JERRY IS ALMOST ALWAYS THERE MAKING SURE THAT MY NEEDS ARE TAKEN CARE OF. Terrible Customer Service to Black Label Customer I am a Black Label Customer and expected the highest level of customer service. Instead, I was sued by Lincoln of Troy. I rented a car for one day w I am a Black Label Customer and expected the highest level of customer service. Instead, I was sued by Lincoln of Troy. I rented a car for one day while my Continental was serviced. Troy blamed me for a 10 inch crack in the (covered) sunroof, which clearly took much longer than 1 day to form. Even though my insurance company gratuitously gave them $500, Troy sued me for a little less than $1500. What makes things worse is Troy decided not to make a claim with their own insurance company, which is the correct method to recoup. I have been a customer for years. At this point, I would not recommend Lincoln of Troy or the Lincoln Company after what they are putting me through. More

She was professional, kind, extremely thorough (especially with the tutorial for this old lady who " didn't get it" over and over - and never lost her wonderful sense of humor. I would not hesitate to refer Lincoln of Troy and, especially, Eva Meade, to anyone wanting a wonderful purchasing experience.
