A most positive experience. We had previously leased an MK-X from a dealer who was no longer in business. We initially were planning on visiting another established Lincoln dealer in the area, but decided to give Prestige a try. We couldn't have been more pleased with the service and treatment we received from Prestige. From our initial meeting with Ariel, through the final processing with Charles with and Susan, we were treated as if we were the only customers that were there. There were no high-pressure sales tactics used, as have been used on us in previous purchases from other dealers. It was a most refreshing car buying experience and I would highly recommend Prestige Lincoln, based on the professionalism and courtesy displayed by everyone who helped us through the process. More

Not only was it close to us, but there is a difference between going into a Ford/Lincoln dealership and service and a Lincoln dealership and service. Prestige Lincoln treats the customer like they own a Lincoln, not a Ford. The Service Advisor was Rich San Miguel who sat me down and went through any recalls, as well as any questions I had. He showed me how to reset the display showing my gas mileage and miles left, which had changed on me and I couldn't get it back. The service was the best I have seen. I look forward to going back in the future for any service. More

I was treated fairly, respectfully, and actually enjoyed the time I spent with the professionals at Prestige Lincoln. And I drove away in a fantastic car! Mohamed: Engaging, gracious, and knowledgeable--not to mention a rapier wit. I had to wait slightly longer than I'd have preferred after my test drive to talk with him. Why? He was giving top notch service to another client. Some things are worth waiting for. This gentleman knows fine automobiles intimately from decades of experience. I asked some nit-noid technical/maintenance questions about the car in which I was most interested. He knew most of the answers, but did not hesitate to ask the service team the rest--no games, no xx. When the deal was done, but before I drove away, he got in the car with me to ensure I fully understood its impressive electronic features. Susan: the lovely finance manager and Coast Guard veteran. She went above and beyond the call of duty working with my financing source (USAA) to get them the documentation they needed to allow me to drive off the lot that day. It was a relatively uncommon process, but she handled it with patience and aplomb. Thank you again! It should be clear by now this is your go-to place for a new Lincoln. But, if you are considering a used car, the selection here is of late model, high quality and extremely well maintained and detailed vehicles. This showroom and offices are bright and spacious, with comfortable leather chairs and an impressive selection of gratis beverages and snacks, not to mention a cappuccino/espresso machine that will keep you peppy during a marathon day of test drives and pouring over features. It sort of reminded me of a large ski lodge. The receptionist was friendly and courteous. Tip for getting there: start slowing down and get ready to turn once you pass the Toys R Us on NJ 17. Prestige Lincoln will be my emphatic first and only recommendation for friends and family looking to purchase a new vehicle. More
