After waiting for an excruciating four hours, the service advisor informed me that the car was ready, only to reveal that no repairs had been made due to a missing part. This long wait was not only disappointing but also a complete waste of my time. Recently, I made an appointment for my Lincoln to address two specific issues: the main screen not turning on and the trunk door failing to close automatically. Before coming in, I called the dealership and explicitly asked if these repairs were covered under warranty, to which the operator assured me that they were. However, upon arrival, the service advisor informed me that my warranty had expired a few months ago and that I would need to pay $350 for a diagnostic test. This inconsistency in information and the additional cost left me thoroughly frustrated. I’ve been a loyal customer of Lincoln of coconut creek, but these recent experiences have left me extremely disappointed and questioning my loyalty. The lack of communication, accountability, and the seemingly arbitrary charges have led me to reconsider my options for future vehicle purchases.
