Carlos was very patient and understanding of our needs when purchasing our Aviator. He worked with us for almost a week to find the right vehicle and financing that was to our satisfaction. He answered phone calls and text messages without hesitation to make the sale happen. In the end we made the purchase , this would not have happened if Carlos wasn’t involved. This was one of the first times I was treated with honesty and fairness at a dealership . There should be more Managers like Carlos in this industry. More

If I could give a zero rating I would. I never write these reviews, but feel I should after the way my wife was treated by Santos Diaz. We just want others to know the caliber of his character. He was extremely rude to my wife after they made a mistake with the service on our vehicle. No apology and treated her like a second class citizen. His manager Naseem Saleem did nothing to address the rudeness and just offered a free car wash! Just my opinion, but this service department is the most unprofessional I have had the displeasure of dealing with. I know everyone says it and nobody really cares, but we were getting ready to trade this in on a new Nautilus, but now we will look elsewhere for our future vehicle needs. More
