Fast and Easy - Found our new dealer We previously used Beechmont Ford for years - Stella was the most wonderful sales rep for our entire family. We returned to look at a new Ford at Beechmont and were not happy with the customer service, or the sales rep assigned. We had a "VIP" appointment and waited for almost two hours. We drove the car and left. We later went to Montgomery Lincoln for an appointment the day after Thanksgiving. We were serviced by Chris Harris. The moment we connected, we knew this was the place to be. My husband has a Lincoln (purchased used from Stella), and takes it to Montgomery Lincoln for service. To do a comparison, we ran up to Kings Ford, and tested a Ford Escape (what I planned to buy originally). There was no comparison. I ended up with a Lincoln MKC, and could not be happier. The price for my lease was even less expensive than quoted (with X-Plan) for the Lincoln than the Ford. Chris provided a great salesmanship experience. No pressure. Thank you! More

I was looking for an MKZ in a specific color and option package which was not available in the inventory on the lot.
