Best buying experience from a dealership I've ever had!!! Purchased our 2011 Lincoln MKX from Montgomery Lincoln. I have to say, it was the best car buying experience I've had to date. I do have to admit, I Purchased our 2011 Lincoln MKX from Montgomery Lincoln. I have to say, it was the best car buying experience I've had to date. I do have to admit, I have purchased over 20 cars in the last 10 years (I know, I've lost a TON of money lol). This was by far the best experience to date. Kelly (sales) and Doug (manager) were absolutely fantastic to work with. There was absolutely zero pressure and instead of negotiating, they asked where I wanted to be and met it with no hassle. They cleaned the vehicle up and it had a full tank of gas (don't know if that was from previous owners or dealership). The next day, Kelly called me to see if I was completely satisfied. With all that said, I would more than highly recommend your next purchase be from Montgomery Lincoln and if you choose not too, your missing out on a great relationship and expierence. All Around Perfect Salesman I purchased a used 2016 Lincoln MKX this week from a gentleman, Alex Heyl, at Montgomery Lincoln in Montgomery Ohio. I am one of those busy people wh I purchased a used 2016 Lincoln MKX this week from a gentleman, Alex Heyl, at Montgomery Lincoln in Montgomery Ohio. I am one of those busy people who never takes the time to write a review but this time is different. Alex Heyl is the reason I bought this car. He is the kind of salesperson every dealer would want. Not only is he sharp minded and extremely knowledgeable in Lincoln cars, he is also very understanding, calm and kind. My short story is probably typical. I called the dealership to make an apt to see a MKX I found on line. It was a color called Luxe I’ve never seen before in my searches for the right MKX. I had a good feeling this was what I was searching for. Even though the store was 50+ miles from my house on a workday evening, I felt is was worth the drive to see this car and take it out for a test. With a quick phone call, my appointment was set with a lady who handles “internet” calls. I was to arrive approx. 6:00 pm on the next day. As my husband and I were driving, our GPS told us that we would be at least 20 mins late with traffic, etc. I called the dealership to let them know I was on my way and would be late. I spoke to a gentleman who told me he was standing next to the sales manager and would let him know. I have to say this man was less than friendly about my call, I found out later he never told the sales manager, or at least that was what I was told. When we arrived at 6:20 pm, We were introduced to Alex who quickly told me the car I came to see was gone on a test drive. I was shocked and a little annoyed. Wow. Hadn’t I called, made an appt to see that car and also called to confirm I was on my way but would be a little late…just to see this car. After a few minutes the car arrived back at the dealership with the sales lady and customer. As Alex motioned to the lady to give him the keys for me she said “No, we are writing up the paperwork.” Just like that, the entire reason I drove to Cincinnati that night was gone. I hadn’t even had a chance to test drive it. I was angry and upset now. This was awful. They sold my car I was intending to buy. This is where Alex came in and shone. He stood and listened to me rant and rave and yell at the sales manager. Alex was calm, polite and understanding. This is everything I needed at this point. Whether he agreed with me or not did not matter, I needed to feel someone was sorry. The sales manager wasn’t sorry at all. He was glad to sell a car, I’m sure. He didn’t care I took my entire evening after an exhausting day at work to drive all the way to Cincinnati just to test drive and possibly buy this car. He was the reason I was ready to walk and never to return. But Alex turned things around. He started asking me questions to qualify me for what I was looking for in a car, especially why THAT car. We talked. He convinced me to test drive the red MKX just to see if I really like that car. I said No, I don’t like red, I would never buy a red car, for me it’s a radar trap. He looked around for other similar cars to take me out in but the red had the most options s we went out. I feel in love with the handling and quite smooth ride. Alex showed us a few of the options this car had that the Luxe colored car did not. When we arrived back at the store, I loved the ride of the car but not the color of interior or exterior. I shared all my reasoning and million questions with Alex and remained a calm but understanding and very knowledgeable with everything I threw at him. Alex is the exact opposite of the typical "used car salesman" we all hate to deal with. He is exactly what we all want in a salesperson when we are car shopping; expertise, experienced, extremely knowledgeable and most importantly; friendly and likable. Make no mistake; Alex is the reason I purchased this car from Montgomery Lincoln, and because of Alex, I will recommend them to friends and anyone who asks. On a final note: I absolutely LOVE my ruby red MKX!! More

Ed also was very knowledgeable with the car and answered all my questions, even taking the time to show me a few more things when I came back the next day after purchasing the car. Throughout the process, Ed didn't pressure me at all and was an all-around great guy to work with! He even stayed after he was scheduled to be off to make sure everything went smoothly. Another person I had the pleasure of meeting was Arlene, who helped me program my navigation and connect my phone before I drove off the lot. I couldn't be more happier with my purchase and the excellent customer service Montgomery Lincoln provided! More

Thanks to that first impression when we went to another dealership they could not compare. Not only was the vehicle what we were looking the customer service sold us. Before making the drive i called the dealership and spoke with David Joe May a sales rep who was extremely helpful, knowkedable and able to start working a deal over the phone in my price range and actually got my payments lowerer than expected. I loved my experience with this dealership also because they treat their customers how they would like to be treated, their real respectful and not pushy, also their vehicles are very well priced. I highly reccomend this dealership to anyone looking for their next vehicle! More

We had very good communication before we ever stepped foot on the showroom floor which continued throughout the whole buying process He was very respectful and accommodating of our schedules and time. Ed even came in on his day off to close the deal! I will recommend Ed to all of my friends and colleagues and will return myself when it's time to replace my secondary car. More
