Also I was a little upset that my husband and I forgot our mask and Josh offered us one to put on, I was really glad that they said it would be done. Last Saturday I took my 2017 Lincoln MKC into this dealership for a oil change and “checkup.” I had purchased my car in Florida while on vacation and needed to find a local place to work on my car. Montgomery Lincoln was great again I could not be more pleased with the entire process of buying my latest Lincoln. While I had not planned to trade in my 2010 MKZ, a long service visit I could not be more pleased with the entire process of buying my latest Lincoln. While I had not planned to trade in my 2010 MKZ, a long service visit led me to inquire about any used but newer MKZs on the lot. Steve Warden did a fine job all around, and I will recommend others to him who might be interested in a new or used Lincoln. There was an understandable mixup on the trade in value of my 2010, most likely because of an inadvertently dropped digit which led to my first trade in value being given assuming a 2010 with only 21,000 miles, not 121,000 miles! I understand how that could happen, and am blessed to be able to handle the additional base expense without major trauma. The trade in value offered after the mileage goof was made known was more than satisfactory to me. I am a happy, pleased customer who feels I was well treated and got a fine car at a fair price. I'll be back, but it will be a few years before my next purchase because I really like the 2017 MKZ. Les in Mason, OH More
Backup camera issue I had an issue with the back up camera which I thought might be defective and covered under warranty. However, upon examination, it was found to be a I had an issue with the back up camera which I thought might be defective and covered under warranty. However, upon examination, it was found to be a damaged sensor, probably the result of another vehicle touching my bumper. I was so concerned I would have a costly repair bill, but Josh, the service advisor, and Spencer, the technician, were able to remove the bumper reset the sensor and send me on my way! Wonderful experience! More
