Looking at 3 different model cars, all 1 year old. Was told they were all the same price, but salesman would not tell me what the price was after several attempts. Wrote up the sale on a 09 malibu for 15,900 and still not being told the price until it was on the purchase agreement. I got home and checked their Craigs list ad for this car, thinking it was all 3 vehicles were selling for less. It was still on Craigs list for 12,900. I was LIVID!!!!!! DISHONEST AND DECEITFUL SALESMAN!!!!!! I called back, salesman gone for the day, demanded to talk to manager! Read him the Riot act. Asked him how he would feel if someone did something like this to him? I also threatened to call the Better Business Bureau and will put a stop payment on my down payment check if not resolved!!! He said he understands, and come back tomorrow and they will have new paperwork for the 12,900 price that it is advertised at. I came back and they followed through I feel only because of my threats and an uncashed downpayment check that would stop the sale of the car, which is not what they wanted! VERY DECEITFUL PEOPLE AT THIS DEALERSHIP. THIS DEALERSHIP WILL NOT STAND THE TEST OF TIME WITH BUSINESS PRACTICES LIKE THIS!!!!! More
purchased a a mkx lincoln 2007 and was told that this was a good car on the gas mileage, which was horrible. I was spending more on gas than the payment itself. I returned to trade the car in to get something I could afford both gas and payment, and was talked into a upside down loan and paid more for the a 2008 lincoln, stating from the sales person that i would be paying less in gas. I was there for 5 hours, it was horrible, and my kids had to sit and wait. After I left the lot the low tire pressure light came on. I called immediately the next, because they were closed until Monday, they told me that it was their problem. I explained that the light popped on soon after I left the lot. I returned 3 times with the same problem. I was assured that everything was taken care of, really! After I had a full inspection, I was told by another tire company that I had 3 nails in 3 tires and 2 tires are not legal to have on a car. Apparently, the service department just kept resetting the trouble light. Don't buy a car from this company they do not honor their word More
Had to do all the work myself. Sales guy said he couldn't look on computer to see what inventory he had. Most of the cars on the lot were junk missing parts, different colored paint, and smelled like smoke i look on computer to see what inventory he had. Horrible. No communication, low trade value, slow, tol I would have 2nd set of keys, got charged for it ($105). Had to pay 1000 for that. They gave me a loaner had completely empty tank. Paint job wasn't verygood. Wanted to bring car back after I got home and noticed thepaint damage and was told I couldnt get my old car back unless I paid the 1000 they had dinto detail and safety check. Worst experience ever, would never go back. More
I was looking for a newer car and I sat down with chris he talked me through what he could do for me. Working with me on getting me in something I would like. Also sat down with pete and worked out the payments with him he was very helpful in asnswering my questions and they were very fun doing business with them. I purchased a new vehicle from Rob Martin. The vehicle had three flaws that Rob assured me he would take care of. The service department was closed at the time I purchased the vehicle. The leather on the steering wheel was peeling off in a spot, the snap that holds the driver's floor mat was broken, and the engine bay was dusty and needed to be cleaned. Rob Martin promised that all these things would be taken care of the following Monday when the service department was open. I called the following Monday and Rob said I should wait until my license plates come in and save a trip. The receptionist called a few days later to say I should come in a pick up my license plates. I asked to speak to Rob and was transferred to him. I reminded him of the work he promised would get done, he said fine, come in. when I showed up, all I was offerred were excuses and how that isn't his responsibility and I should talk to the sevice department. I talked to the service manager, the sales manger, and of course Rob. All I got were lame excuses and a complete run around More

I drove one block away and my spouse noticed a headlight was out, and a service button came on, on the dash. I contacted them only to hear that there is nothing they can do or some flimsy excuse to try and reason the problem away. They are ONLY INTERESTED IN THE SALE!! Will NOT go back. More

Tried to patch the tire and was told 3 of the 4 tires were in need of replacement immediately as the tread was 2/32. The 4th tire? Brand new. They only replaced one of the 4 tires on a AWD vehicle, a big no-no. Also, less than a 4th tank of gas when purchased windshield wiper had broke and scratched the windshield, so that will have to be replaced windshield washer fluid line was broken Splash guard was damaged causing loud screeching noise Will never go back and they will not work with me. Pushy, lied about warranty, paperwork, did not check the car keys, sent us home with an empty tank of gas. Unwilling to fix a part that is broken, did not clean car like promised.
