Limbaugh Toyota has lost me as a customer. I would not recommend doing business with them. I previously bought three cars from Limbaugh Toyota and was set Toyota has lost me as a customer. I also referred two other people who bought cars from my salesmen. My salesman for all purchases was Brett McDanal. I called Brett the first of September and told him I was going to buy a new Camry from him on the 21st of the month. I was waiting to receive my insurance settlement. Brett contacted me before Labor Day and told me they were running a special on 2015 model Camrys and told me the 2015 models may be gone by then, but to come by and leave a deposit and he would hold the car for me. I took off work, came picked out a specific car, agreed on price and left a deposit. I had been in contact with him the two business days prior and called that day to start the paperwork but Brett told me the car was already sold. To put it very simply he lied to me. Upon complaining the dealership, they did offer to find me a similar car, same year and model, but with two pricy upgrades and for $1800 more than my original offer. I went to a different Toyota dealership who was honest with me and I purchased a new Camry. More

Service department needs some training in customer service Let me just say that rarely do I ever publicly give anyone a bad review, but after my last visit to the parts/service department, I was extremely diss Let me just say that rarely do I ever publicly give anyone a bad review, but after my last visit to the parts/service department, I was extremely dissatisfied with the way I was treated. I only answered "yes" that I would recommend this dealership because I have bought two cars from Bret McDanal, and was very satisfied with his level of knowledge and expertise. However, the service department leaves much to be desired. I have overlooked the fact that it takes forever to even get an oil change regardless of scheduling an appointment, that they have tried to charge me more than once when my service was covered until the maintenance plan, but the rudeness of the service advisor during my last visit was just plain poor customer service. Nevermind the fact that I ordered a replacement mirror cover from Limbaugh's part department for my Toyota Sequoia and was assured by the parts department that someone in service could pop it on for me when I came to pick it up. But I had to walk out to service myself to find someone to ask to pop it on. I wish I had gotten the gentleman's name as I have not dealt with him previously, but I was rudely told that they were very busy and that I would have to wait my turn. When I once again told the gentleman what I needed and that it would only take someone about 30 seconds to pop it in, he abruptly told me that they had a lot of people ahead of me and walked off. I can certainly understand waiting if I needed something more complicated done, but to order the part from Limbaugh, be assured that someone could pop it in for me when I got there, and then be treated so rudely is just uncalled for. Not to mention that I paid $60 bucks for a plastic cover that was most likely defective when I bought the vehicle since it already came off and I haven't even owned the vehicle a year yet. When you pay so much for a vehicle, you expect to receive quality service. Not sure if I'll be purchasing my next Toyota from Limbaugh just because of the service department. More

However, everyone at the dealership was great; anytime some small issue came up, there was always someone--even someone with whom we weren't dealing at all-- who would quickly come to our assistance. Everything they said they would do, they did, and as promptly as possible. I would definitely recommend this dealership, and when I get a new car, I plan to go to them. (Sorry, I can't remember the man's name in finance, but he was great, too). More

Friendly Staff wanting to meet the needs of the customer I recently went to Limbaugh Toyota and the team was so helpful. They listened to what I wanted and went above and beyond to try and determine the bes I recently went to Limbaugh Toyota and the team was so helpful. They listened to what I wanted and went above and beyond to try and determine the best way to meet my expectations. A certain option I wanted on my new vehicle was an add on you would normally have to bring the vehicle back in for. Well they tracked down the parts and added them to the vehicle while I was finishing paperwork. Best car buying experience I have ever had! More
