Our salesperson Austin, had all the paperwork ready when we arrived and reviewed We were purchasing from out of town and this was a great experience. This was a great benefit since we we driving after dark and did not have to worry about how turn on lights and operate the radio. Purchase a 2016 Avalon XLE Plus Dave Stout was the salesman who greeted my wife and I as we walked into the show room. Overpriced and very slow. $940 to change a $200 AC Compressor and 2 air filters. To complete this 3 separate trips to the service department were required. One was 90 minute wait that involved no service whatsoever. I still was never really provided any evidence that it wasn't what I originally was told by a mechanic was the problem. Three hours to cage a part with two bolts? If you want to be ripped off, over charged, and have your time wasted visit this service department. More
