My experience at Lima Aunto Mall was excellent! As soon as we pulled in the lot, Ryan Swaney came out and introduced himself. He took 45 minutes to walk around the lot with my boyfriend and I answering any as we pulled in the lot, Ryan Swaney came out and introduced himself. Gerry was great to work with. We feel he went above what was required of him. We asked for new floor mats because there were none in the car when we purchased it. The next time we went there to have the oil changed he had the mats waiting for us and was able to get the car in for the oil change even though they were fully booked. We were very appreciative of this as we live an hour from Lima. We did a lot of research and it came down to a Chevy 3500 or a Ford F450. And if we were going to trade up, it had to be a red one and it had to have all the bells and whistles I wanted. I searched online and not only was yours the closest red one to me in the country, it had everything I wanted. When I called to inquire about it, I was fortunate to be connected with your employee Ryan Swaney. Now, I`m going to guess you have a bunch of great guys there, but I can`t begin to tell you how delighted and pleased I am to have worked with Ryan.
