I E- mailed him 2/13/12 and he said he would get back with me about where it is. Today is 2/14/12. It is now 7 pm and they close at 6 pm today. I am getting tired of waiting and getting told i will get back with you. They seemed to be MUCH more helpful BEFORE the sale. Funny how that works! This is the second time I purchased a vehicle through Lima Auto Mall, the first time they were great and the second time even better! I submitted my paperwork online after they closed on a Friday night a Lima Auto Mall, the first time they were great and the second time even better! Saturday morning, Sean was able to get all my paperwork ready, and called me to let me know to come on down!! From the moment I came in, everyone was great. While Sean was handling another customer Rob stepped in and showed me the vehicle and took me for a test drive. After the sale was completed Rob, walked me through the onstar process and made sure I understood all the features! It was fantastic to see a team work together the way they did, it wasnt about the sale it was about taking care of the customer. Sean even called me an hour after I left the lot to make sure there were no issues! There will be no doubt from now on where I am going to puchase my vehicles from. I purchaed an Equinox and LOVE IT! I happen to be one of their many out of state buyers that viewed one of their adds. They went above and beyond 99% of the other Dealers with the description and the 50 pictures provided for veiwing. It allowed me to look at every aspect of the truck. Then we had the phone call to check status of the truck..."most dealers use a bait and switch inventory"...show you one really nice truck but it has always just been sold...and they have something almost as good but just a little more money... Not here folks. They had the truck shown in the Auto Trader add. Ryan Swaney answered any and all questions asked, taking his time to make sure I had NO issues. His professionalism with me over the phone helped to confirmed my decision to drive 12 hours from Kansas City in snow and ice to buy that truck in Ohio. My deal went so smoothe and worry free it was a great pleasure to do business with people who geniunely care for their customers and take the time to make every aspect of the "Deal" go so flawlessly. My experience at this dealer was awesome. As I approached the door, a young lady opened it and welcomed me to the dealership. I was immediately asked how I could be helped and when I mentioned the name of the person I was to see (I already had an appointment as I had shopped on the internet)they were immediately contacted and arrived to help me. There were absolutely no pressure sales and I was given the opportunity to drive as many cars as I wanted and as often as I wanted. I drove two cars that night again with no pressure to buy went back on Monday night and drove a third car which I then decided to purchase. I had done my homework and compared prices and new I was getting a great deal. From the sales manager to the finance manager everyone was courteous, professional and made my experience great. When I took delivery of the car, they explained everything to me regarding its operation that they had not shown me before. I was introduced to the service manager and shown the service area as well. When we arrived the car was waiting for us. We went through the car, drive the car, and Josh showed us all the options and how they worked. Everything on the car was just as Josh had told us. My experience was beyond awesome, Joe worked/me on the phone starting when I called him on Sunday after a visit to the website, was kind of on a deadline due to an offer from Ally for $1500 on a new Cruze phone starting when I called him on Sunday after a visit to the website, was kind of on a deadline due to an offer from Ally for $1500 on a new Cruze Eco. He called me at 8a.m. on Monday morning to get the ball rolling for me, to say that I have never had someone work so hard and diligently for me at a car dealership is an understatement, he was amazing. When I got there Eve Fay was waiting for me as Joe had assigned her to take care of me. Despite the hail storm that started as soon as my car was brought outside, they immediately took it back in and Eve and I took care of inside details, she also was amazing, her personality and knowledge were exceptional. Aaron made the paperwork much easier and less stressful, and Mike took good care of me when doing lease turn in paperwork, I didn't have to do anything but sign my name. I cannot stress enough how tremendous the whole experience was,I am still in awe of all the legwork that Joe did for me and found all the incentives he could for me. The other dealership I had talked to were going to put me in a base model Cruze with no bells and whistles for $280 a month,I'm ecstatic with the price I got at Lima AutoMall. I had leased from them for my first time many years ago and the customer service I got them was also exlemplary.
