I had been shopping around for something sporty looking yet reliable with a good stereo system. Rick looked around for me and showed me various cars, but finally he said he thought he had a good one, whic yet reliable with a good stereo system. It had a CD/sunroof package which I really liked, and it was a cute car that handled well on the test drive. The price was fair and the car has been great for my needs, and any time I had service work done there, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I would buy from this dealer again and recommend Rick Jones for sales and the service dept. at Lima Auto Mall to others. More

Ryan was very friendly. He moved very quickly in getting the things nessasary done. They already had a sale price on the car so I couldn't get them to budge anymore. We bought a used vehicle from Lima Auto Mall through a eBay auction. The dealership is 800 miles from home and we were on a Thanksgiving vacation trip when the auction ended. We were able to look at, pa eBay auction. The dealership is 800 miles from home and we were on a Thanksgiving vacation trip when the auction ended. We were able to look at, pay for, take delivery of the pickup and then leave to continue our trip in a few hours.
