The reason i give this salesman the ratings i did, is because i believe he did an excellent job and provided not only me, but my mom excellent service and was extremely kind. I have been going to the Lima Auto Mall for service on my current vehicles for the past 3 years and decided I would buy my next car at this dealership. Upon arriving there, I was given time to look at the ca current vehicles for the past 3 years and decided I would buy my next car at this dealership. Upon arriving there, I was given time to look at the cars on the lot; then Gerry assisted me with type of vehicle and options available on each that I was checking out. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and how the features worked. He matched me with a vehicle that suited my needs but also one that I really liked as well being the style and features. He was very friendly and worked to make the deal happen. Once the deal was made, he even gave me a bag to use for my personal items from my trade in. He took us to the service dept to get aquainted with the staff and service rewards program. When came time to leave with the new car, he helped set up the Onstar to get my hands free calling minutes transferred and answered my questions with the remote start. He called me a couple days later to see if I had questions, and I did, and again he had the answers I needed. My busy schedule had not yet allowed me to view the owners manual so this info was valuable to me. We were there for a while but he maintained friendly conversation with us even after the deal was done, not just made the deal and gone, I liked that personal attention. I will be sure to recommend Gerry and the Lima Auto Mall to those looking for new transportation. More

Looking for the perfect certified pre-owned vehicle is painful! After an exhaustive 30 day search on Cars.com I found the right vehicle, only to find it was 237 miles away at Lima Auto Mall. To be honest painful! After an exhaustive 30 day search on Cars.com I found the right vehicle, only to find it was 237 miles away at Lima Auto Mall. To be honest, I'm a skeptical consumer. I had no idea where Lima, OH was on a map and didn't find the name terribly appealing. Doubtful of the outcome, I submitted an internet inquiry at 11:30pm. By 7:30am the next morning, I had a call-back from Ryan Swaney, a down-to-earth and amiable associate committed to the customer-experience. Ryan walked me through the vehicle history, spoke of the dealership's 100+ year history as a Cadillac dealer and detailed out the vehicle specifics. My concern was the distance between me and the vehicle, to which Ryan responded that he'd see to it that the vehicle would arrive at the location of my choice. While the entire pre-purchasing experience was phenomenal, here's why I ultimately decided to sign on the dotted line: 1. The car was priced $2,000 below any comparably-equipped vehicle, 2. Ryan offered to deliver the car to my home on New Year's Eve, 237 miles away, 3. Ryan patiently walked me through all of the car's gadgets and answer all my questions, and 4. The dealership proved up the quality they represented online. I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am with this experience. Thanks to Ryan, Joe and all the staff at Lima Auto Mall for an outstanding customer experience! More

The website had an accurate description and multiple pictures of the car listed. Upon going to the Lima Auto Mall to look at the car in person, the car was very clean. I have shopped at other dealers but none of them measure up to Lima Auto Mall in overall exper the years and all my experiences have been excellent. After a car accident in which my car was totaled, I had the pleasure of meeting Ryan Swaney at the Lima Auto Mall. Ryan bent over backwards to help me find the vehicle that was right for me. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient as I searched for my best fit. A day after I took delivery of my new 'used vehicle' I spotted a small windshield crack that I had not seen the day before. I was afraid that glass would not be covered under my 12 month bumper to bumper, but Ryan immediatedly made arrangements for a glass service to come to me to replace the windshield. I would definately return to Lima Auto Mall and request Ryan Swaney as my sales associate. Great BIG thanks Ryan! More

We had originally met Gerry as we were just driving through the lot one day just to look at what they had and checking out their prices. He came out to our truck to talk with us and immediatley I got a comfortable feeling with him. Not like so many of the salesmen who put the pressure on right away and make me want to turn around and walk away from them. I told my husband when we left that if we did buy from Lima Automall I wanted to deal with Gerry because of the way he made me feel. When we did make the final decision on the vehicle we wanted to buy Gerry was the man we went to. I was totally comfortable with him through the purchase process and felt that the answers I was getting from him regarding the used vehicle were the truth. Not lies of a salesman just trying to make a sale or to get rid of a lemon on the lot. When we make our next car/truck purchase it will be with Gerry.
