We were recently fortunate enough to purchase a new/used vehicle from the Lima Auto Mall. We looked at several car lots before we found them on-line. When I called the Lima Auto Mall and spoke with Eve Fay, from the start, she was very helpful and sweet, and MOST importantly....not pushy. She was very educated on their inventory and was able to give us the answers that we needed to make our decision. She strived to make the purchase as painless and enjoyable as possible. She even took the time to program our radio stations from the vehicle we traded into our new vehicle.......that's customer service! I would highly recommend Eve to anybody looking to purchase a vehicle and we plan on going back to see her again when it is time for us to buy another vehicle. More

It took longer than we had expected to get there and it was close to closing time when we arrived. The salesman...I believe his name was Rob Johnson, kindly allowed us to take it for a drive, and gave us time to take a good look at it. We did not purchase that night. We took our time during the next week to check around for comparable deals. In the meantime Ryan Swaney touched base with us a few times to see if he could answer any questions that we might have. We decided that this was the vehicle we wanted. Setting everything up over the phone went smoothly and we had to only make one more trip which was to pick up the Terrain. It went smoothly while we were there. Ryan actually got into the car and explained how to work all of the accessories and actually set up the bluetooth for us. He was very helpful and knowledgable. So far we are very happy with our Terrain. P. S. We had recently had a very bad experience with a dealership close to where we live, and we were very apprehensive about going through the ordeal again. We are happy that we found Lima Automall. It was well worth the drive!!! More

We were picky in looking for the Traverse we wanted. When I requested some information about the Traverse I saw on cars.com, Eve was quick to respond. She even stayed after closing, so we could take the Traverse home that night and not have to come back. There were a couple of things that I wanted done to the vehicle when we bought it and they were happy to take care of those things.
