I had talked with Ryan over the phone several times before I came into the dealership. While test driving the cars, Ryan made sure to go over every detail of the cars and explain exactly how everything works. Once I decided on a car, he worked his hardest to get me the best price on my trade-in and on the vehicle I was purchasing. We found the 2008 Saturn Outlook we wanted on the internet. I made a phone call & spoke with Gerry Kozlevcar. He provided me information about the vehicle. I couldn't find his card & I don't remember his name. He was very courteous considering it was just about closing time. I contacted Gerry on Wednesday & provided my necessary information in order to get financing. He contacted me the next day & we ended up negotiating a price over the phone. I told him I would buy the vehicle & he told me he would have everything ready when we got there. We arrived & everything was in order. Everyone at the Lima Auto Mall that we had contact with was friendly & answered any questions we had. After all of the paperwork was completed, Gerry & my entire family sat down in the vehicle & he explained all of the options it had. The dealership even provided a full tank of gas.
