I bought a 2003 Pontiac Gran Prix and am well satisfied with my purchase.I was very well taken care of by my sales associate, Eve Fey. I recently purchased a 2012 Dodge Durango from Lima Auto Mall. I found the car online and called Ryan Swaney. I was treated with respect, courtesy, and honesty right from the beginning. Ryan answered all of my questions about the car, and even went out to check features on the vehicle a few times since I was so far away from the dealership. He worked hard to get me a deal together before I even got there. I also worked with Aaron Brougher in the finance department, who also was very helpful and courteous. He worked very hard to get me the best possible interest rate and payment. They did everything they could do to get me the deal I wanted. Overall, this was the best experience I have had in purchasing a new or used car. I would recommend Ryan, Aaron, and everyone at Lima Auto Mall to anyone who is looking to purchase a car. I drove four hours to get to Lima and it was definitely worth the trip. The next time I purchase a car or truck, I will definitely call Lima Auto Mall and Ryan Swaney. More
