We began our sales experience on a Friday afternoon with Ryan online through cars.com when looking for our used vehicle. After chatting online about the vehicle we wished to purchase, we went on Lima Auto Ryan online through cars.com when looking for our used vehicle. Ryan and I spoke several times over the weekend and completed our deal and took delivery of our new-to-us vehicle on Monday afternoon. Ryan was super to work with and very efficient and professional - he even drove 45 miles to deliver our new vehicle to us! What great customer service! We couldn't be more pleased. A+!! More

Vehicle was first listed on Ebay and did not sell. We had a great experience at Lima Auto Mall. We live about 45 minutes away, and once we made our decision, our salesman delivered the new (to us) vehicle and took our trade back to the dealership. This saved my 9 months pregnant body and my husband from having to make multiple unnecessary trips. I don't know if this is standard procedure or if we just got lucky because our salesman lives in the same town we do, but regardless, we appreciated it! We've only had the vehicle one day, but so far so good. I've purchased used vehicles in the past only to find flaws I missed before our purchase after having it home for 24 hours. The only issue we've come across is that one of the key remotes doesn't work. I contacted the salesman and he is going to pick it up, have it repaired, and return it to us. Great customer service! The finance manager also worked with the bank to get us a lower rate than we originally qualified for in order to make our monthly payments more affordable. That was greatly appreciated too! Overall, we had a great experience at Lima Auto Mall and we'd recommend the dealership and their staff to our friends and family. More

I was shopping around for a newer, used family vehicle with no luck. Local dealerships wanted a premium on the type of vehicle I was looking for. After trying a few local dealerships, a relative told me about Lima Auto Mall. "Lima Auto Mall??? Well let me see if they have a website." Sure enough, there site, www.limaautomall.com, had a nice selection of newer, pre-used vehicles. WoW, Lima Auto Mall even had several models of the family vehicle I was looking for. Also, Lima Auto Mall's prices were several thousands of dollars below any local dealership I was looking at. Needless to say, I had to see if they were willing to work with me. After filling out an on-line application, it only took about an hour for Ryan Swaney to contact me. I gave him all my info and the info on the vehicle I was interested in and he got me the loan approval. We setup an appointment to take a look at the newer, family vehicle. My wife was so happy. She loves her minivan. Ryan was very motivated and excited to help us get a vehicle that would fit my family safely and comfortably. Ryan Swaney and the folks at Lima Auto Mall were the best.
