Mr. Sean Sanders, was such a nice and friendly salesman to work with. Very considerate of what we explained to him that we needed in a car. When Sean was assisting another customer and we came into the auto mall, Aaron Bonanno was as equally nice to assist us until Sean was available. Eric Olson was was also a help in assisting us in making sure our visit to the auto mall a great one. Our experience at Lima Auto Mall was a very pleasant one, and if we ever need to purchase a car again we will definitely give our business to Lima Auto Mall and ask for Mr. Sean Sanders to assist us. I had never looked into finding a car online before I found the car i bought from an Ebay Classified ad. Contacted Jason Wright over the phone and got the deal worked out on me purchasing the car. I rented a car and drove to the dayton airport were one the the dealership drivers picked me up and drove me the rest of the way. I beleve was still a 50 mile drive. Once at the dealership I looked over the car test drove it. At that point I was with John Roby and he answered my questions and I bought the car. My husband and I came to Lima Auto Mall looking for a fuel efficient car. Sean showed us all of our options and pointed out the pro and cons of each car. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. What a pleasant car buying experience! From our initial visit, Aaron Bonanno was there to answer any questions we had, and, believe me, we had questions. We had fallen in love with the Chevy Camero, drove visit, Aaron Bonanno was there to answer any questions we had, and, believe me, we had questions. We had fallen in love with the Chevy Camero, drove a used 2012, and quickly decided it was the type of car for us. Working with Aaron, we purchased a 2013 Camero with the RS package, and we are loving it. While Aaron professed to being new to car sales, he was a wonderful asset to our purchase. If he didn't know an answer, he asked someone who did. I told him he must have put 15000 miles on his feet with all the running he did! He made sure we were introduced to the managers we would be dealing with, and they were all outstanding. While talking with friends and family about our experience, I can say, with confidence, this dealership and staff are there to help. Thank you all! More

I found my car on line through Auto-Trader, called and spoke to Ryan Swaney I planned to come up on Monday and an emergency came up and I couldn't make it. I called and told them I'd come up on Tuesday i spoke to Ryan Swaney I planned to come up on Monday and an emergency came up and I couldn't make it. I called and told them I'd come up on Tuesday if possible. I arrived on Tuesday, pulled in and saw a sold tag hanging on the rear view mirror and I thought why didn't they call and tell me they sold it and not waste my time (I drove 100 miles). Eric walked out and said the signs for me so it wouldn't be sold until I saw it. I told them I was pre-approved at a good rate with my CU. We made a deal and when we started the paperwork they had a banknote that blew my CU's rate away. I was leary of trying to buy a car so far from home but Eric and Ryan and and the Business Mgr. We drove to Lima Auto Mall from Columbus for a specific used vehicle that had not been in long. When we first found the vehicle, there were no photos on their website, so I had to trust the sales rep to ac used vehicle that had not been in long. When we first found the vehicle, there were no photos on their website, so I had to trust the sales rep to accurately describe the vehicle and its condition. We were not disappointed - the vehicle was perfect. We traded in out vehicle and received a fair trade-in value. The customer service was excellent and the transaction was painless!
