My primary contact was with Eve Fay. She was great. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Did a fantastic job in demonstrating the car, all it's electronics and how it handles. We were treated great by our saleman Aaron. He was very helpful both on the phone and in person. Tod was also very nice in the finance dept. This was our 2nd trip to Lima to find the car we were interested helpful both on the phone and in person. Tod was also very nice in the finance dept. The only down side to our buying experience was the run around we received in accepting our offer, after talking to two other people and leaving without making a deal we left and drove home which was an out of town trip, then received a call saying they would accept our offer. It seems like the salesman really does not have the authority to make a sale. More

I was shopping for a certified Escalade and found one listed at the Lima Auto Mall. I initially worked with Sean Sanders on the phone and then drove to Lima from Cincinnati for a review of the vehicle an listed at the Lima Auto Mall. I initially worked with Sean Sanders on the phone and then drove to Lima from Cincinnati for a review of the vehicle and discussions with Sean. Working with Sean and Ryan, who both let me know they wanted my experience to a good one, we came to agreement on the phone a couple days later on a very nice certified Escalade. Both Ryan and Sean were great to work with during the entire sales process. Sean actually delivered the car to Cincinnati for me which was an added nicety. I would recommend this dealership to anyone needing a nice vehicle and a pleasant buying experience. More
