The salesman (Dave) went out of his way answering all my questions and allowing me to make up my own mind. Everyone involved was friendly and helpful. The friendly reception from everyone and especially from our sales person Eric. We came to look at a used car and drove off in our first ever Cadillac. The care, questions answered and a good feeling help our sales person Eric. We came to look at a used car and drove off in our first ever Cadillac. I have never experienced the level of satisfaction,shopping anywhere as I did shopping at the Lima auto mall. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. He knows his job and what a great job he did.!!! Thanks Lima Auto mall for making me feel like I had a million dollars to spend. Aaron took the time to answer all my questions and I apprieciate that. Michael Baler explained everything to me before I signed and even gave me a little advice. This place is top-notch as far as I'm concerned.
