Sean was straightforward, provided all information requested, was exceptionally responsive, sold us the car we wanted and at a fair price with little negotiation hassle (we arrived at a mutually agreed deal quickly). He should be a model for how car sales are handled. We live in Sylvania, just outside of Toledo. I was a little nervous dealing with a dealership an hour and a half away from me, but Sean was so responsive via texts, phone calls and emails, providing all requested information and documentation that the distance became a non-issue. Sean delivered the car to my work, and took our old car as a partial trade in a process that lasted about 15 minutes. I had the opportunity to review the paperwork prior to the closing via email, all promises and representations were kept, and the process was exceptionally smooth. I had seen this dealership advertised on TV. My wife and I stopped by late one evening and found a vehicle we liked. We came back the next morning and Marc met us on the lot. I described the vehicle. I found both Marc and Tod to be extremely knowledgeable in their respective fields. Everything was exactly as they said it would be. I left something in my old car when transferring to the new. When I called back, Marc quickly retrieved it and held it for me until I could pick it up. My experience was a great one in every respect. More

My wife and I haven't purchased a vehicle in over 10 years. I found a vehicle I was interested in at Lima Auto Mall via the internet. And being from Detroit area, it's quite a drive to Lima. But I wa years. I found a vehicle I was interested in at Lima Auto Mall via the internet. And being from Detroit area, it's quite a drive to Lima. But I was able to work with Eric over the phone and email to the point where I felt comfortable that making the trip to Lima would be worthwhile. The reason for the for the 4 out of 5 on the pricing was that we had a hard time coming to an agreement on my trade-in. But Eric and Ryan were able to put together multiple scenarios for me to make a diligent decision. I appreciated them taking the time to do that. All in all, you will find that Lima Auto Mall is very in tune to internet shoppers and competitive pricing of their vehicles. Couple that with Eric's guidance and you have a comfortable buying experience. More
