I like the fact that he made sure we knew we could contact him if we had any questions after the fact. He is very professional. I have never been to the Lima Auto Mall before and was very pleased with the overall atmosphere and the way the employees went about their business. I purchased a used Chevrolet Silverado from Lima Auto Mall and when I got home I discovered that the trailer light adaptor was missing from the glovebox. I called Mr Schoonover, the salesmen that sold t Mall and when I got home I discovered that the trailer light adaptor was missing from the glovebox. I inquired about a car I saw online and received an email and a phone call from Sean the very next morning to give me more information about the car and to see if I wanted to come up and look at it. I live about two hours away, so I scheduled a time to meet with Sean and come and see the car. We test drove the car and I loved it! But I still was not sure about getting it because of money. Sean ran our information and let us know what the estimated amount per month would be. We wanted to go home and kind of think things out, but Sean let me know that if I wanted the car, he could drive it down to me instead of me driving 2 hours up north again. I gave him the go-ahead and he was at my door the very next day with the car I wanted! He brought all of the paperwork with him, so we filled everything out and the car was mine! He also called me a few days later to see how everything was going with the car and if I have any questions to contact him. The whole entire process of finding the car online and actually having it in my possession only took 3 days, which is great considering I live a ways away from the dealership! Our daughter recently puchased a car from Lima Auto Mall through Sean Sanders and was raving about the service and price. Since my husband and I were looking for a new car we went there last week. Marc grac through Sean Sanders and was raving about the service and price. Since my husband and I were looking for a new car we went there last week. Marc graciously met us at the door and determined our needs showing us several new Malibus on the lot. We asked if Sean was there and discovered it was his day off. But Marc called him and Sean was there within 10 minutes to assist us. Sean was extremely friendly and helpful and we ended up leasing a new Malibu. Ryan was awesome in finding just the financial assistance we needed. Nick assisted my husband in determing if it was the right time to lease a new truck.
