Purchasing a vehicle should be an exciting experience, however that is to often not the case due to dishonesty or trickery done to make the final cost seem like a good deal. However my first and only purchase at this dealership was truly different. I was treated as if I could be a potential customer however not pressured to become one. I did not quite achieve the final number I set out for but I did walk out feeling I did my best. The salesman showed compassion towards my wants even though we could not quite reach my goal. He also had answers for every detail I ask about the vehicle. Best of all my wife (not present during purchase) is very impressed with her new vehicle in which was a surprise for our anniversary. Now a word of advice to the dealership would be to make a notation on there website when listing price to state that a GM rebate is already deducted from listing price. I was not aware rebate was already discounted and thought I was going to receive a even better deal. Overall thumbs up to Lima Automall! More

Sending money to a dealership you have never been to, and dealing with someone you have never met, to buy vehicle you have never never done before. Sean Sanders went to great lengths to ensure that I was comfortable, informed and completely satisfied with my purchase. He was always available and happy to answer my barrage of annoying questions over the phone and because of the time difference that sometimes meant after hours. My husband needed a safer and better car. We had a car that he felt he was forced into at another dealer. We went there to sign paper and everyone was very friendly and it was a great atmosphere.There was a slight hiccup with the loan company but they went out of their way to make the deal work. Sean was very funny and was very easy to deal with. Tod in finance was also very easy to work with also,. Very informative and made the process very smooth. I went to Lima Auto Mall on July 29. 2013 for the purpose of viewing Chevrolet Tahoe, and after a short time I was helped by Eve Fay. She was very professional and very friendly and seemed to be in sync wi of viewing Chevrolet Tahoe, and after a short time I was helped by Eve Fay. She was very professional and very friendly and seemed to be in sync with considerable technical data on the Tahoe. We took a test drive and she explained in detail all of the vehicles highly complex operating systems and I was impressed with how she handled my objections, Most sales people seem to take objections personal, Not this young lady, she got better and stayed positive during the entire process and seemed to really enjoy presenting Chevy Tahoe in a most favorable stance. She spent awhile bringing my wife up to speed on all the advanced electronics that comes with this Truck. I have already recomended her to my daughter in Cincinnati who is in the market for autos. I would rate her a 5++. Tod Kitchen was very professional and very adept at dealing with customers as well.. Overall as I suggested to Rodger McClain, it was a very pleasant experience with a sales associate who brings her "A" game to the dealership.
