My experience at The Lima Auto Mall was great! They had a 2002 Monte Carlo with only 60,000 miles on it almost like new, and had what I feel was a very good price. I had already done some research on ebay to see what the value of the car was and most had well over 100,000 miles nothing close to what I bought from The Auto Mall. And they also gave me a 90 day drive train warranty on the car. I showed up about 15 min before closing time to look at the car and my sales person was Eve Brock. I didn't realize how late it was and offered to come back the next day but, Eve was more then happy to stick around and let me drive the car and get the paper work started for the purchase the next day. Eve was very helpful but not at all pushy, she gave me all my financing options, gave me a good price and was really helpful! Eve has also called me a couple of times since the purchase just to make sure I was happy with everything. I highly recommend Eve and the team at The Lima Auto Mall!! More

My car buying experience with Lima Auto Mall went well. Sean contacted me after hours to answer questions and then again first thing in the morning as I requested. He personally delivered the car to me over an hour away. Though I've only had the car a little over a week I thus far love it. Runs/drives great! There was a chip in one of the taillights that I did not even notice, however, Sean did and ordered a new one before he even delivered the car. I have not bought many new or newer used cars but I hope when I do again I can deal with Lima Auto Mall and have an equally satisfying experience. More

I am very pleased with the salesman (Aaron Brougher) we worked with. We called late in the day on a saturday & Aaron informed us that they closed at 3pm but he would be happy to stay open to show us the c worked with. We are from out of town & this was a great suprise to be able to look at the car that day. When we arrived he answered all of our questions & allowed us to drive the vehicle. We then worked on the pricing. The dealership worked with us to achieve a price that fit our budget. Every step of this process was pleasent & honest (refreshing). After agreeing to a deal they delayed the contracts for several days. In that time I sold my truck in anticipation of the new trucks arrival. Once the delayed contracts reached me there was additional $160 several days. In that time I sold my truck in anticipation of the new trucks arrival. Now I am without a truck and without a new truck. I would highly recommend finding a dealer that will be honest and straight forward if the deal changes. Don't trust them as they do not hold to their word. More

Upon arriving, Aaron displayed exceptional knowledge of the vehicle & continued to allow me to kick the tires as I pondered my next move. I did not feel "sold" I felt like I purchased a vehicle with the help of a well-trained consultant. More
