I first thought I was going to have some problems when there was some confusion on the original price of the vehicle. I took the quote home and did my homework and crunched some numbers. I came back a day there was some confusion on the original price of the vehicle. I took the quote home and did my homework and crunched some numbers. I came back a day later and made my offer and it took a few times and an agreement was made. I just wish I had asked for a second set of keys; because I found out later that the key was a special key that had a chip in it and it had to be made by a dealer and ended up costing me $70. The sales person was good to work with and had a good personality and not aggressive. Overall, good experience and I am pleased with my purchase. More

Our experience was exceptional!! Richard spoke with a young man on the phone prior to coming to the dealership, and when we arrived we were greeted by Treg and he had the vehicle they spoke about alrea young man on the phone prior to coming to the dealership, and when we arrived we were greeted by Treg and he had the vehicle they spoke about already parked a the front door for us to view. Treg showed us other vehicles we might be interested in so that we could compare all options. Treg gave us plenty of time alone so we could compare our notes. At NO TIME did we feel pressure from Treg or anyone else at the Dealership to make a decision. Once we made up our mind, we agreed upon the terms of our trade in and the new vehicle and completed the deal.
