A quick tire replacement. I had a tire that got a screw in the side of it. The tire immediately starting going down. I headed to Lima Auto Mall and drove right in to the Servic I had a tire that got a screw in the side of it. The tire immediately starting going down. I headed to Lima Auto Mall and drove right in to the Service Department. They got my tire replaced very quickly for a Friday afternoon. I have always received great service at Lima Auto Mall. No problem, smooth experience. Drove from Michigan to see a 2010 Lexus and Dan made sure it was ready for us when we arrived. He had already told me of some small flaws so I would not be surprised. I was very happy with the condition of the car. I was having a problem using the remote and he even came back with another employee (sorry I can't remember his name) and they showed me what I was doing wrong. This was after they had already closed. The car drove beautifully all the way back home through quite a bit of rain. Dan and Ryan went to bat for me to get a fair purchase price and I appreciate it. I would deal with them again, no problem and I'm a guy who does not like dealerships! More
