Not sure where to begin with this review. I ran into Dan on the day I was just “looking” for a Chevy Equinox and we exchanged our names and numbers. The next day my husband and I visited the dealership and on the day I was just “looking” for a Chevy Equinox and we exchanged our names and numbers. The next day my husband and I visited the dealership and took a test drive in the vehicle of my choice. We ended up purchasing the Equinox. Our experience was GREAT. Dan is a very knowledgeable and explained everything to me about my new car. (I’ll probably need a refresher course 😜). Dan was very honest and up front with any questions. He didn’t pressure us into make any snap decisions. The icing on the cake was working with a fellow Believer. Thank you Dan! More

I bought a 2019 used Chevy from this dealer and was assured it wasn't in an accident or had any body damage, because Carfax report said so. After closer inspection, I had determined the front of this v assured it wasn't in an accident or had any body damage, because Carfax report said so. After closer inspection, I had determined the front of this vehicle was damaged in some way, because the front end had been repainted. This was not obvious unless you look in places you wouldn't look in a dealers lot. Don't ever trust a salesman's word or a CarFax report. Have the vehicle checked out by your own mechanic. It is yet to be determined if this dealer new about this damage or was just fooled by the previous owner. This dealer also didn't provide free delivery 60 miles away, nor did they wear masks, unless a customer demanded it. My salesman and the closer probably deserve four stars, they were good. My complaint is not with them. More

Dan came out as soon as I arrived at Lima Auto Mall. I had been looking for a used SUV and had been to several dealerships. My experience with Dan and Lima Auto Mall was a first. I was treated with respect and it did not matter that I had a set amount of money I wanted to spend. I was treated as though I was buying the most expensive car on the lot. Normally, car shopping can be a dreaded and often times a stressful situation for most people. Not the case this time. Dan showed me several vehicles in my price range with all the options I was looking for in my new vehicle. I found it that night and bought it the next morning. My purchase experience was easy and fast. I love my new (used) SUV. Dan came in on his day off, took the time to get everything set up for me, including switching my insurance and going step by step through the SUV's features. Thank you Dan and all the crew at Lima Auto Mall. I will recommend them to all my family and friends. More
